The location - This property is located within walking distance (700m away) to village shops, bottle shop, bakery and newsagent. There is a lovely alternative walking route to these shops around the Wanda Wanda Headland, taking in the unspoilt beauty of the Bay, which is just over 1km away.

The location continued - The major shopping Centre in Salamander Bay is only 3.8km away. The Nelson Bay CBD and Marina are approximately 10 minutes away (6kms) and offer boutique shopping, award winning restaurants, specialty stores, cinema, fishing co-op and Bowling Club. For the golfing enthusiasts there is a 27 hole course at Nelson Bay or an 18 hole course at the prestigious Horizons Golf Resort Salamander Bay. There is something for the whole family in Salamander Bay ranging from Super Strike for the Bowling to the Toboggan Hill Park for the more adventurous. Heading the opposite direction to Soldiers Point you will find other award winning restaurants including the Rick Stein restaurant, Soldiers Point Marina and a two lane all craft boat ramp.

The House - This absolutely stunning property clearly has that postcard appeal. Set right on the waterfront of a sandy beach giving it a sense of privacy and seclusion, this architecturally designed home provides a peaceful family oasis that belies its supremely convenient location. Staged across two comfortable levels, with living and bathroom accommodation across each floor, this home's alfresco areas are definitely a major highlight.

Entering the premises you are greeted to a secure gated double driveway, with entrance to the property at the side of the house. This opens to a central hallway, showcasing tiled floors and is beautifully light filled courtesy of the home's glass paneled roof. The open plan kitchen, living and dining areas form the perfect base to entertain family and friends whilst harbouring the magnificent bay views from the floor to ceiling glass windows. The carpeted living area offers quality furnishings, large flat screen TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, ceiling fan and ducted air conditioning throughout the entire house. The house offers a unique wooden square dining table which is accompanied by 8 high back upholstered chairs. The marble topped kitchen is an eye-catching centerpiece appointed with top of the line appliances including double door stainless steel fridge, induction cooktop, Breville ground coffee maker, dishwasher and a walk-in pantry. Step out to the patio terrace with outdoor furnishings and gas BBQ and soak up the spectacular panoramic views, and to complete this special package you have the privacy, security and comfort from having bi-fold gates which allows absolute privacy and protection from the easterly winds. Also on the ground level is a study/living area with TV and private access to another patio area, a beautifully appointed bathroom with a shower and a laundry accompanied by a washing machine and dryer.

Upstairs boasts another family room with access to a private balcony offering furnishings, with the expansive waterfront master bedroom also having access to this balcony. The master bedroom features a king size bed with walk-in robe behind the bed, ensuite with shower, ceiling fan and TV. The second bedroom also provides a king size bed with ceiling fan and the third offers two single beds, a trundle and ceiling fan. The main bathroom boasts a bath and a shower with the toilet situated separately. This holiday home is truly stunning and the perfect place to make special holiday memories, with another star attraction to this remarkable house is the unique aboriginal artwork that is displayed throughout the home.
