1 bedroom private casita, 5 blocks south of the University of Arizona, 1 mile from downtown, half a block from grocery store, wonderful citrus tree yard in a great part of town, air mattress available for extra guest(s), super fun.
Feel right at home in our quirky 1940s brick casita with new bamboo floors. This unit easily sleeps two (full size bed) and can sleep more with air mattresses as requested. The well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and full size fridge lets you cook at home - and Safeway is half a block away. Tucson's temperatures are controlled using two wall-mounted AC units (one in each room so you can control different temperatures) and evaporative cooling and the gas/electric fireplace for heating. The unit also includes speakers that can connect to your phone or computer and wifi.
