Appartamento Trinacria is an independent apartment set inside the 19th-century Palazzo Trinacria, a neoclassical building overlooking the sea from Palermo's old defensive walls. It is the perfect accommodation for couple, small groups and families.
It's inside Palazzo Trinacria that Tomasi di Lampedusa sets the Leopard's death, with the Prince of Salina sitting on a balcony watching the sea of Palermo.
The apartment is fully fitted, newly renovated and is located at walking distance from Palermo's historical centre and stunning Piazza Marina.
The entry of the apartment leads to the dining room which includes a small, fully-furnished kitchenette. From the dining room, a door leads to the living room with sofa-bed, a closet, flat TV-set and fireplace. A double bed is located in the mezzanine. The apartment has a bathroom (with shower).
Both the dining and living rooms have balconies overlooking Corso Butera, one of Palermo's most ancient and picturesque neighbourhood. The main gate is on the Foro Italico, which was the promenade of the aristocracy of the 19th century.
