Our loft is located in the heart of Rome in the historic center. (50 mt from the famous Piazza del Popolo) The apartment is located in a quite c(EMAIL HIDDEN)posed by 2 level with 1 bathroom . Confortable up to 4 people. Very close to the main Metro A which brings you directly to the main central Station "Stazione Termini"

The apartment has its own indipendant entrance. Free A/C, portable WI-FI (this means that you will always be connected to internet while you are visiting Rome)

WARNING! Once confirmed, I tired several times to contact Sabrina to arrange key pick up. She only replied after I contacted Airbnb. I was told the reservation was not confirmed and then later got a reply, “yes”. Very confusing start. However, I finally received confirmation to meet at an address that was not on our confirmation. Upon arrival at 11am to the address provided, we were brought up to a small room. We reserved a private apartment and were given a single room with a shared kitchenette with 3 other rooms. When we asked about the apartment we reserved and had paid for, Sabrina told us it wasn’t available and wasn’t private. This is not what was advertised on airbnb nor in our confirmation. When we refused to stay in the share, Sabrina brought us to another apartment, a 10 minute walk in the rain carrying our luggage. Sabrina assured us it was private and we could stay in this apt thru our end date. We agreed. Later Sabrina messaged me that we had to move at 10:30 the next morning. When I told Sabrina we had an itinerary and could not meet her, Airbnb sent me an email offering me a $100 credit to move. I explained the situation and never heard back. The next morning, Sabrina sent a message saying she was removing my belongings from the apartment. I then had to leave my itinerary to meet a man at the apt who informed me if I didn’t get my things out of the apartment, he would leave them in the street. Eventually he admitted to me that Sabrina made a big mistake with our reservation and she was trying to rectify the situation with other reservations. After talking with an airbnb representative, I once again had to walk 10 minutes to another apartment with all of my luggage. Upon arrival to the apartment we originally booked at 1:15pm in the afternoon on the second day of our 4 day trip, it was in complete shambles. It eventually got cleaned, however the next day there was a water leak in the kitchen and the hot water went out for 2 days. Throughout this ordeal, Sabrina consistently tried to put the blame on us. We had a reservation and credit card confirmations. Also, we had contacted AirBNB and the host to double check the confirmation before we arrived. They had obviously double booked with all the apartments and rooms they manage. The fact that a host blatantly lied and turned the blame onto a guest was unprofessional and insulting. Our vacation was considerably compromised because of the host's ineptness. I lost money on entrances to exhibits and running back and forth to apartments, not to mention the great deal of stress this caused. When I asked for a refund, Sabrina told me that I had to get money back from Airbnb, not her. PLEASE TAKE THIS WARNING. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. RENT FROM SOMEONE ELSE. NOT WORTH THE HASSLE!
