Agriturismo Il Casante is located in an authentic XV° century hamlet in the green hills of the Northern Apennines. We have an organic farm of 160 hectares and offer 3 flats furnished in rustic elegant style. This listing is for one of them: Zio Pierino
The apartment Zio Pierino is named after our uncle, he was a traveller, a collector and an expert of local history. Zio Pierino is located at the ground floor of a XVI° century cottage. It is composed by a kitchen, a wide entrance room with double bed separated by curtains and two double sofa beds, bathroom with shower. The apartment can comfortably accommodate four people, but one extra bed can be added. A relax area is at disposal in the adjacent barn. The apartment was fully renovated in 2007.
At arrival, you will find a complimentary welcome basket with a selection of locally sourced products.

Guests can freely pick up the vegetables and aromas of our bio vegetable garden or cook pizza in the old wood oven in the garden. They will also find a solarium area, an open air playground zone for children, hammocks and tables for outside dinners. Free of charge services also include: WI-Fi and use of mountain bikes.
Interaktion mit Gästen
The apartment has its own garden and it is located a 100 meters from our house. Our guests can enjoy in full of their privacy but know that they can reach us anytime in case of need or just for a chat. We sometimes invite our guests for a dinner at our house or for an oven baked pizza in the garden.
We expect our guests to respect our place and the environment as if they would be in their own homes.
Smoking is not allowed in any of the apartments, fines can be applied.
Small pets are allowed if previously agreed with us.
