Our 1BR/1BA condo is situated in the heart of Music Row, surrounded by music studios; near to Vanderbilt, Belmont, 12South and Hillsboro Village; and an easy drive (or walk via the sidewalk) to Downtown, SoBro and the Gulch.
**We typically only book/set rates on the calendar four months out, so if your inquiry is beyond that time frame, please inquire about price and availability. And please make sure you have a profile that is fully filled out and includes verifications before you submit.**
Our condo is located on the second floor of a small complex (stairs, no elevator), and there is one bedroom with a king bed. A past Airbnb guest broke the bar for our sofa bed, so instead we ask that you use the queen-sized air bed stored in the hall closet if you need to accommodate additional guests.
There's one bathroom that's on the smaller side with a shower/tub. We provide shampoo/conditioner/body wash if you don't want to bring your own, as well as have a hair dryer that stays at the condo.)
The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, ice maker and nearly any accessory you might need to cook a meal (plus a Keurig coffee maker). There's also a kitchen table with four chairs. We like our cocktails, so we provide decanters filled with (quality) gin, bourbon and scotch for any guests who need a drink after a long day.
Due to the condo only having one bathroom, this is more ideal for a couple or a family of 3 or 4; anymore than that and it will get a bit too cramped.

One of us is a travel and food journalist, so we have a full binder of recommendations and reviews in the condo as we sincerely want you to enjoy everything we love about Music City! We'll also send you a PDF version of our favorite spots upon booking—Nashville's so hot right now, we suggest making dinner reservations in advance—and are readily available to answer any questions by email or text prior to your stay. We won't be present at any point while you're at the condo, but can be reached if you need us for any reason at all.
Weitere wichtige Infos
We live near Vanderbilt's extensive hospital complex—and on a street that isn't a main thoroughfare but does get a fair amount of through traffic—so you'll occasionally hear a helicopter fly overhead.
**Note to first-time users and Airbnb newbies: Kindly fill out your profile and photo before submitting a request!
Since we are on the second floor of a four-unit building, we ask that you keep the noise to a minimum between the hours of 11pm and 7am. Our building is very quiet, so we doubt you'll hear a peep from our neighbors.
We do have pets ourselves so we will gladly welcome your dogs into our home on a case-by-case basis (i.e. we prefer non-shedding breeds to protect future guests who may have pet allergies). We charge a nominal cleaning fee of $25 if your furry companions accompany you. We have food bowls, pads and bags stored in the kitchen pantry.
No smoking in the unit. There are two stairways that lead directly outside if you feel the need to light up.

I'm a travel writer, editor, guidebook author and entertainment journalist who contributes to a slew of national magazines. Because I know you'll ask, Richard Gere was my worst celebrity interview to date, and Tom Hanks was every bit as lovely as you'd want him to be. I'm the resident Southern belle, having moved back to Nashville after a decade of flitting about the globe and living in NYC, Europe and California. I've visited more than 100 countries and love bourbon, craft beer and AcroYoga (though not simultaneously).
My husband is a San Francisco native who uprooted his life as he knew it to follow me home to Tennessee in 2011. He's still adjusting to the slower pace of life in these parts and trying to learn how to talk like the locals. By day, he does something corporate; by night, he's always tinkering or building cool stuff. He's also a Navy veteran, and we met in Holland in 2005 while living abroad.
We married in California in 2010 and honeymooned in Borneo for three weeks, by the way, if that speaks at all to what kind of people we are (the insane, adventurous types, we like to think). We are dog fanatics and happily welcome owners with pups into our home.
