This spacious Parisian style 2 bed apartment marries the best of old and new. At 100 sqm it has 2 bedrooms,a grand living/dining room, recently renovated kitchen & bathroom and a balcony. It is in bayside in Elsternwick, very close to Elwood, Brighton, St Kilda and Monash University with trams, trains and buses all close by.

The apartment is well suited for longterm stays for singles, couples and small families. It is in a small block of four and is very quiet.

The apartment marries old style grandeur with contemporary comfort. It has been designed to feel like a home away from home. High ceilings, character features and a collection of artwork on the walls.
There is one king and one queen bed sleeping a maximum of 4 persons.
It has air conditioning and heating, great design features, your own private balcony, generous spaces and great privacy.
There is unlimited internet and everything that you might need for your stay.
We also can provide a portacot if you have a baby.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has onsite car parking onsite. You have your own private entry, private balcony and the small block has a communal garden.

Guests are met on arrival and then left to enjoy the apartment to themselves. I do not live onsite but am always available for any queries they may have throughout your stay.

Great little apartment with all you need however if you are planning on walking around the area the location is not very picturesque given that it is tucked behind a car dealership and a train line. Noise was not an issue however. If you are driving no problem as it is right near the Napean highway.

The place is lovely, spacious and is decorated very tastefully. It is spotlessly clean, the kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are comfortable. Good transport links. Anna is a great host - very fast to respond and flexible. Several of the reviews mention that the location is quiet and while this is mostly true at night it is not true in the day when you hear the cars from a nearby highway from about 07:00 am and also trains going past. Overall a nice place to stay

Hi Kate, I'm sorry it was not totally quiet at all times for your stay. This is certainly not something that I have ever noticed inside the apartment or that any other of the many guests who have stayed have ever mentioned.

Lovely apartment with all modern amenities in a quiet location. Very comfortable beds and walking distance to shops and transport. Anna is a lovely host and very responsive.
