The whole house with small front and rear gardens is included. Hall, Stairs and landing to two bedrooms with (1) Front, configurable super king size/single beds and large built in wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinets. TV/Video DVD and CD/Radio/Cassette player in the main. (2) Rear, double bed, shelving and coat hanger hooks for storage, bedside cabinets with large drawers and TV.
Downstairs living room with comfortable sofas, TV, Hi-Fi, DVD player. Vast quantity of books and a selection of CDs, DVDs, Cassettes and games for children. Flame effect fan heater to complement the gas central heating.

Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. Crockery, cutlery, glasses cooking equipment Iron and board. The kitchen leads to a conservatory with dining table, Satellite TV and video player and additional storage. Selection of video tapes. There are separate hand washing facilities beneath the central heating boiler in a partitioned corner. Barn (split) door to rear garden. Rotary clothes dryer can be utilised in the back garden.

PLEASE NOTE MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY IS FOUR. ANY GUEST BRINGING ADDITIONAL GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED £150 EACH PER NIGHT. CHILDREN UP TO FIVE YEARS EXCEPTED WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF TWO INDIVIDUALS. I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THE BOOKING IF TERMS ARE NOT ADHERED TO.

Exceeded our expectations, very quiet area. A clean house and eveything you need for your stay is at your disposal. Phil is a great host and really makes you feel at home. Plus the milk, along with tea and coffee drinking amenities were a great touch. Highly recommend it to anybody staying in the area.

The milk and other little extras were a lovely touch and the highchair was very useful. Polite and welcoming host and a very clean cottage in a quiet location.

It is a great place: clean, quiet, warm and cozy. We stayed here because we were checking out a music festival that was at the Pontins. We were able to walk to the music festival each day in under a half hour. Food, supermarkets, buses and trains were all really close by within 10 minute walk. Phil is a really nice guy and was always available if we needed him. Would definitely recommend this place.

Phil is a great host, he had to wait until late for us to arrive and took all the time to explain everything, a gentleman. And what a lovely house he has. We really felt at home. It is spacious, comfortable and had everything we could think of when cooking. Good shower, dining area, back garden, quite neighbourhood. We were hiring a car to get to Liverpool but the train station was walking distance as well. Full of books, some very good ones. Definitely recommend.

Jonathan and his group were great guests and I would be glad to welcome them back. They were very understanding when I made a mistake with the booking dates. I have taken on board the advice that the porch floor gets a little muddy when it rains and people walk in so have got a squeegee mop and some cloths. I would recommend Jonathan, his partner and delightful child to anyone.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating. He did a great job making sure the house was ready for us. The house is well maintained and spacious. There was plenty of room for our family of four to spread out and enjoy the time we there.
