For security purposes, the property manager and our neighbours keep a close eye on our accommodation to make sure that none of the above takes place.

If any of the above was to happen we will cancel your reservation without any refund being offered and you will be asked to leave immediately. 

If we suspect any illegal activity is being carried out we will contact the police immediately and have charges brought against guests involved.

Bright, airy, and clean apartment in a perfect location. Right in the centre of Soho and only a few minutes walking distance to Oxford St, Picadilly, Westminister, Carnaby Street, Covent Garden, Holborn, and much more. Big windows on one wall look out on an old facade, but there is plenty of space in between to let in lots of light, sun, and fresh air, while providing privacy from the bustling street and allowing windows to be left open. Was much roomier than I expected (!) and had a separate, reasonable sized kitchen. Although bathroom is very small this wasn't an issue and it was functional. Apartment is in a block with other residences and surrounded by lots of shops, pubs, and cafes so there are plenty of people round all of the time and it feels very safe, but is not at all noisy (maybe I just know what to expect from London, but I am unsure why other reviewers found this noisy!). Would highly recommend!

I had an absolutely brilliant one nights stay here, Glenn was nothing but helpful from the first initial booking to the day of check in. I arrived after 7 so Glenn sent me all easy directions and instructions for self check in, it was easy to find and is in such a brilliant location we didn't need to cab it or get the tube at all, the apartment itself has everything you need and is clean and tidy perfect for two people! Will definitely be hoping I can stay here whenever I am London again!

If you want to be in Soho, this is perfect. A flat all yourself, with all you need. It's clean, comfortable and very quiet, even though it's in the middle of Soho. Recommended.

We offer holiday accommodation in London and Burnley (Lancashire)

Our first vacation rental was established in Soho, London, back in 1995, it was a little studio apartment on Old Compton Street. Due to the high demand from our guests, we now offer a large variety of accommodation to suite all tastes and budgets: From a 9 berth barge on the Lancashire canals to rooms or self contained apartments in London.

There is a fantastic team of people that work with us, some have worked with us since 1997, without their support and dedication we would not be able to provide such a good service to our guests.

Over the last 19 years we have gained a lot of regular customers who come back to us year after year, and that is a great compliment.

We joined Airbnb in back in 2012 and we are proud of the many fantastic reviews received from Airbnb guests that have stayed with us, there were over 2,000 positive reviews at last count! We think Airbnb is one of the best travel accommodation resources out there and we always choose to use Airbnb when we travel.
