Christmas Day.

We are unable to offer late check outs. We do offer a left luggage service at a nearby apartment for £10, this is a flat fee, no matter how much luggage you leave with us. Luggage can be dropped between 10:30am and 11:15am and you can collect it anytime.

If you only book for one guest then only one guest will be allowed to enter. Please ensure the number of guests on your reservation is correct.

For security purposes, the property manager and our neighbours keep a close eye on our accommodation to make sure that none of the above takes place.

If any of the above was to happen we will cancel your reservation without any refund being offered and you will be asked to leave immediately. 

If we suspect any illegal activity is being carried out we will contact the police immediately and have charges brought against guests involved.

Es war alles wie erhofft. Von der Kommunikation angefangen bis hin zum Zustand der Unterkunft. Dieses Apartment hat ein großes Zimmer. Ein kleines aber feines Bad. alles funktioniert so, wie man es sich vorstellt. keine Mängel! Es ist sauber und die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. Sehr gute Lage. Gute Möglichkeit zum Frühstücken vor der Türe.

Great location, right in amongst everything you could want, amazingly quiet too given the location because at the back of the building......some tiles smashed in shower room, communication not great and the response i got was "i don't have the time to sit in front of my computer all the time to respond to you" so not good if you have a problem and it seems like they have a number of flats to look after and part time workers earning extra money greet you not the host, just a bit of improvement would be perfect.

Extremely professional and reliable. There were some intermittent wifi issues throughout by 3 week stay but I was out and about most of the time so this was not a huge issue for me. The property was clean as advertised. Great location. Very easy for one person on business-related travel.

Another great stay here, it's in the perfect location & easy to find! Everything is clean and tidy and check in is easy, great communication beforehand! Will always have this as first choice to stay when in London

We offer holiday accommodation in London and Burnley (Lancashire)

Our first vacation rental was established in Soho, London, back in 1995, it was a little studio apartment on Old Compton Street. Due to the high demand from our guests, we now offer a large variety of accommodation to suite all tastes and budgets: From a 9 berth barge on the Lancashire canals to rooms or self contained apartments in London.

There is a fantastic team of people that work with us, some have worked with us since 1997, without their support and dedication we would not be able to provide such a good service to our guests.

Over the last 19 years we have gained a lot of regular customers who come back to us year after year, and that is a great compliment.

We joined Airbnb in back in 2012 and we are proud of the many fantastic reviews received from Airbnb guests that have stayed with us, there were over 2,000 positive reviews at last count! We think Airbnb is one of the best travel accommodation resources out there and we always choose to use Airbnb when we travel.
