A Top Canmore Vacation Rental winner on Tripadvisor since 2011, and consistently rated Excellent by all other review sources, the second-floor condo boasts a luxury, well-appointed kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops: pots, pans, cooking and eating utensils provided. It offers a fridge, freezer, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, as well as small appliances like a coffee maker, kettle and toaster for your convenience. There is a gas barbeque on the patio, where you can cook with mountain views! The condo is accessorized with a beautiful LCD TV, HD cable, HD PVR, phone, wireless access, Blu-Ray/DVD player and security system.

The two bedrooms feature a queen and a double bed, both with new high-end mattresses made from organic cotton. There is plenty of dresser storage in both rooms as well as a closet. Bed and shower linens are provided.

Underground parking stall included, as is secure storage for your mountain bikes or ski gear.

This condo is fitted with a security system, and a convenient key fob is provided to easily arm and disarm it with the touch of a button.

For your comfort and entertainment, the condo also features a high-end 42 inch LCD TV with a Blu-Ray/DVD player, HD cable and an HD PVR so you can record and play back hundreds of hours of TV at a push of a button. For an additional fee, you can access Shaw On Demand, and enjoy movies still in theater for a nominal fee from the comfort of your living room!

The unit also features a stereo system, with iPod, CD, radio and Bluetooth compatibility: bring your music collection with you, listen to local radio, or stream it from your Bluetooth device.

For your convenience, dedicated wireless internet is provided and local calls are complimentary.

RENTAL RULES
1. Smoking is NOT allowed in the condo (minimum $500 cleaning fee applies if smoke detected).
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property unless prior authorization is received by the Owner in writing. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The primary renter must be 25 years or older: sub-leasing is prohibited.
3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm or loss arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Guest shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Guest shall only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Pets are NOT allowed.
7. Parking: A heated underground parking stall is provided for one (1) vehicle. Additional visitor parking (including heated underground parking) is available in the labeled stalls. A garage door opener for the underground parking garage is provided with the building keys.
8. Housekeeping: There is no housekeeping services included. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Homeowner does not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
9. Fireplace: The fireplace is electric and controlled by a switch in the hallway.
10. Additional Services: The Owner is not liable in any way for services provided to the renter by a third party (including, but not limited to, concierge services). By accepting this reservation, it is it agreed that all guests who request these additional services are expressly assuming any risk associated.
11. Guests are responsible for any additional costs incurred during their rental, including long distance telephone calls and charges related to Shaw-On-Demand television programming that they may choose to purchase (movies, pay-per-view, etc). Guests will be prompted for confirmation that they wish to purchase these additional services on the Shaw terminal. The regular HD digital cable services are included in the rental.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem, was man benötigt, eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem, es waren genügend Küchengeräte vorhanden, die Einrichtung ist ansprechend. Obwohl die Wohnung für vier Personen gedacht ist, gab es auf dem Balkon aber nur zwei Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Möbel aus der Wohnung eigneten sich leider nicht zum Benutzen auf dem Balkon. In einem Schlafzimmer konnte das Fenster nicht wirklich geöffnet werden.

Hi Marika, thank you for your kind words! We are also looking at finding some more patio furniture with a smaller footprint so that we may fit more seating on our patio - so more of our guests (up to 4 at a time) can enjoy the mountain views :)

Unser Aufenthalt in Canmore war sehr angenehm, alles hat gestimmt. Die Bilder haben genau das wiedergespiegelt, was wir gesehen haben und der Blick auf die Berge war toll. Auch an der Sauberkeit war nichts auszusetzen. Alle Artikel, die in der Beschreibung standen, waren vorhanden und auch an Geschirr und Küchenutensilien mangelte es nicht. Die Condo liegt, wie beschrieben, sehr zentral. Das Parken in der Tiefgarage stellte mit unserem 1.75m hohem SUV kein Problem dar. Der Kontakt mit Brenda war sehr gut und unsere Fragen wurden zügig und ausführlich beantwortet. Wir würden die Condo auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Juli 2016 Familie Schubert

The condo is in a great location, right in the heart of downtown Canmore! I had to rebook the reservation due to some reasons and Brenda was very helpful and patient in accommodating to our changes and needs. I would recommend staying here if you plan on doing day hikes in Banff!

The most perfect apartment to enjoy Canmore and the surrounding Banff area. Great location walking distance to shops and restaurants. Easy checkin with coded door locks.

Brenda's condo is in a fantastic location. A minutes walk from the centre of Canmore and opposite is one of the best pizza places (especially good for veggies and gluten free). The condo is really well appointed and there is good living space. It was great to have a selection of dvds, including kids ones, to watch in evenings. The living space was spacious enough and the balcony looks out of the mountains. The condo is quiet too. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay in Canmore The Condo is very comfortable, well equipped and in a great location to walk to everything Canmore has to offer. Brenda was very responsive and helpful before and as we arrived. This is a wonderful place to stay for short or longer visit.
