This condo is fitted with a security system, and a convenient key fob is provided to easily arm and disarm it with the touch of a button.
For your comfort and entertainment, the condo also features a high-end 42 inch LCD TV with a Blu-Ray/DVD player, HD cable and an HD PVR so you can record and play back hundreds of hours of TV at a push of a button. For an additional fee, you can access Shaw On Demand, and enjoy movies still in theater for a nominal fee from the comfort of your living room!
The unit also features a stereo system, with iPod, CD, radio and Bluetooth compatibility: bring your music collection with you, listen to local radio, or stream it from your Bluetooth device.
For your convenience, dedicated wireless internet is provided and local calls are complimentary.

Guests will have access to the entire condo, with the exception of a small pantry area which we use for our supplies (soaps, toilet paper, etc).

1. Smoking is NOT allowed in the condo (minimum $500 cleaning fee applies if smoke detected).
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property unless prior authorization is received by the Owner in writing. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The primary renter must be 25 years or older: sub-leasing is prohibited.
3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm or loss arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Guest shall keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Guest shall only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Pets are NOT allowed.
7. Parking: A heated underground parking stall is provided for one (1) vehicle. Additional visitor parking (including heated underground parking) is available in the labeled stalls. A garage door opener for the underground parking garage is provided with the building keys.
8. Housekeeping: There is no housekeeping services included. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Homeowner does not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
9. Fireplace: The fireplace is electric and controlled by a switch in the hallway.
10. Additional Services: The Owner is not liable in any way for services provided to the renter by a third party (including, but not limited to, concierge services). By accepting this reservation, it is it agreed that all guests who request these additional services are expressly assuming any risk associated.
11. Guests are responsible for any additional costs incurred during their rental, including long distance telephone calls and charges related to Shaw-On-Demand television programming that they may choose to purchase (movies, pay-per-view, etc). Guests will be prompted for confirmation that they wish to purchase these additional services on the Shaw terminal. The regular HD digital cable services are included in the rental.
