The guest arrived late. Did not call us for assistance once. It was minus 15 outside when she stayed with us and I do not understand why she had to use the AC which by the way is available, just like advertised. No cable is advertised - not sure where this expectation comes from. I clearly state that I have no TV cable but that there is high speed internet and Apple TV for Netflix. I also clearly state that this unit is on the ground floor. My cleaning fee is for 3 hours of cleaning service. When you have 4 guests or more and all three beds are used, like this lady, it takes longer to clean the place and launder 3 sets of sheets. Instead of charging guests extra for extra hours of cleaning service, I kindly request that they start ONE load of laundry, if their schedule permits. I never had any issues with anyone staying with me. I am sorry I was not able to deliver a Fairmont luxury experience at my prices for this lady and feel disappointed that there are guests like this out there who don't read a word of listing description, instructions, or house rules, arrive late without a quick text or call to let the host know they are coming soon, and then don't communicate any of their concerns or complaints and feel so easy about unloading their disappointment in a public review.
