I am a professor of dance, a Body-Mind Centering (BMC) Practitioner, a yoga instructor, a mother of two adult boys. I have a private practice in BMC assisting adults and children with chronic pain, developmental disabilities, disease and injury. I travel to places of nature, love to cruise on sail boats and am familiar with many northeastern cities, mountains and lakes. I am in two book groups, have trained a service dog, adore film, dance, music and love to cook. I attend festivals of all kinds whenever I can. When I am a guest I am independent, very busy in each location and travel to locations with a purpose. I am becoming a host at this time and will keep you posted. My life motto - believe in dance, trust the tissue to heal.
