Design Farm SANTANNA is located in Italy, on the northern boundary of the Marche region, overlooking the Adriatic coast. From the farmyard, you can enjoy the sea and the town of Cattolica up north, the natural reserve Parco San Bartolo to the south.
The farmhouse is a typical example of country residence made of bricks and stones from the end of the 700s and the beginning of the 800s, renovated and expanded many times, but almost forgotten in the Santanna hills, with its 12 hectare park of grapevines, olive trees, fruit garden, wood and bent grass for domestic animals. Recently and decisively renovated (June, 2002) by the current owners, complying with the ancient masonry and space, the interior has been converted in accordance with the contemporary way of country life. The garden apartment which is on rent is a tiny building of 50 m2 (next to a tuff block and under centuries-old oaks) composed of a living with bed, kitchen, services and loggia. The large glass wall north-westerly shows an amazing view: in good weather, the massif of San Leo is disclosed. South-west there is the loggia where you can have dinner enjoying the sunset on the sea and on the landscape of the Romagna. From the living you have direct access to bathroom and pantry with skylights for lighting and air. There are many facilities here: fridge, TV, oven and a rich library. This site is suitable to accommodate up to 4 guests.
