Boasting a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and overlooking Seaside’s Central Square, this one of a kind accommodation is fully equipped with a kitchen, dining area, half bath and living room with access to a furnished porch- all on the first floor.

This two-story one-bedroom penthouse is the definition of coastal living at the beach. Boasting a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico and overlooking Seaside’s Central Square, this one of a kind accommodation is fully equipped with a kitchen, dining area, half bath and living room with access to a furnished porch- all on the first floor. In the living room is a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate a total of four.

On the second floor, you will find a queen bedroom, bath (shower only) and access to a private terrace. This cottage truly provides the perfect view with box seats in the daily life of Seaside, Florida. Extras include a stack able washer/dryer and common spaces which include a courtyard area and additional balcony.

This unit does not have an assigned parking spot, parking is first come-first serve in the spaces behind the 25 Central Square building and in Smolian Circle. Beach access in Seaside for this cottage is via public access points, Coleman Pavilion and Seaside Pavilion, located at town center.

There is an elevator to the third floor entry.

The main transportation in town is walking or by bike, several of our cottages come with two bikes or bikes with a discount. Every cottage is either a short walk or just steps to the beach. The town hosts a gourmet grocery Modica Market, over 15 dining options, several shops, and a local Bookstore. There are three community pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, a croquet lawn, sand volleyball court, and a family park. For relaxation, there is an onsite spa in town called Beach Ready Spa.
