Weitere wichtige Infos
The house does not have a television - but there are many books to read! (And of course, internet.) We have a Weber kettle grill for cookouts in warm weather. You're welcome to use any appliances, including: espresso machine, Kitchen Aid mixer, Cuisinart food processor, blender, and ice cream maker. There is a driveway which can accommodate two cars, and lots of free parking on nearby streets. Note also that we have AC and fans in each bedroom.
Beaches + Parking Permits: You can obtain a non-resident parking permit to access Southold Town Beaches at any of the town beaches or at the Town Hall in Southold. In the house manual I also include a list of non-permitted beaches.
No smoking, please! Small, well-behaved dogs are allowed (please tell us about them first, though). Please be respectful, and enjoy!
