Two flats are available. Each flat can be booked individually, or together.
Each floor is identical and has a Double Bedroom, en-suite bathroom with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, and self-contained fully equipped kitchen. Bedding and clean towels provided and refreshed each 7 days for longer stays.
Facilities include clock/radio/alarm, TV (free to air, not pay tv), DVD, and broadband internet. The kitchen has an electric stove, fridge, dishwasher, 4 piece place settings of cups, plates, glasses, knives, forks, spoons, etc, and sufficient cooking implements to make substantial meals, pots, pans, mixing bowls, vegetable peeler, juicers, toaster, and kettle.
Each floor has an initial complimentary supply of tea, coffee, and sugar, and for the cost of the supermarket till receipt, we will fill your fridge and larder with anything you might specify in advance by email, so it is there on your arrival
Judith and Steve are a professional couple who live in the bottom 2 floors of a magnificent 4 storey 1850s terrace house. A complete renovation has occurred with new plumbing, electrics and heating. On each of the top two floors, is a self-contained bedroom / sitting room / dining room, providing separate accommodation for up to 2 couples, each with its own bathroom and kitchen.
The rooms are bright and airy, with window views front and rear. You need to be able to walk up 7 steps from the street, enter through the front door with your own key, along the hallway, up 10 steps to the landing, and then 8 steps to the front door of the first flat. If going to the top floor, it is another 9 steps to the 2nd floor landing and 7 steps to the front door of the second flat.
Parking is available in the street but ask for a visitors parking permit !
Local shops, supermarket and cinema, are among a host of other attractions in trendy Dalston.
Guests are to enter the property and use the hallway to access their flat. They are not entitled to use other parts of the house unless invited. No noise - tv, music, conversation, etc, should be able to be heard outside the flat after 10pm, or before 7am, or 8am on Sundays. Strictly no smoking.
