Our newly renovated Art Deco Condo in South Beach completes it's Oasis appeal with a pool! This is a rare asset for a 1920's Art Deco building. Our sun drenched modern one bedroom loft is nestled on a tropical and quiet Euclid Ave. Just steps away from the iconic South Beach Ocean Drive, and just 2 streets from the beach! We're only 5 minutes from Convention Center/ Fillmore Theatre, 10 minutes to Downtown/ Bayside & 20 minutes from Miami Airport.

The fountain Condo is a newly renovated land-marked building with original marble floors and tiles from the original era in place.
Our Condo is a modern one bedroom with walk in closet and plenty of room for your clothes! The condo has central AC, Wifi, Cable TV, and a washer and dryer unit for your convenience.

The bathroom has recently been renovated with limestone, a brand new shower, toilet and sink. The kitchen has granite counter tops, dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and comes fully equipped for those times you want to dine at home.

There are beach chairs, & towels inside the walk-in closet . If you'd prefer to stay closer to home every once in a while, enjoy an amazing gem of a pool with palm trees that sway over your head to the breeze from the ocean. It is a rarity to have a stunning pool in a historic land-marked Art Deco building.

The Fountain is an intimate and private oasis located on a quiet neighborhood street and its three newly rejuvenated Art Deco structures have been entered into the National Registry of historic buildings. The Fountain also features landscaped courtyard patio area with Gas Barb Q girl and round picnic table seating.

The Fountain is just steps away from Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue, the beach and landmarks such as South Pointe Park. The Fountain is stylishly Deco set in a functional design that integrates luxury with an active lifestyle.

Wil was an excellent host. We had an amazing stay at 334 Euclid. The pictures and description of the apartment were spot on. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and in a great location. It was only a few blocks from the beach and just a few blocks to the grocery store as well. We are a family of 3 with a small child and this apartment was perfect for us! Wil provided us with a play yard for our son to sleep in. The apartment itself had a full kitchen and washer and dryer which was ideal. The complex also had a pool that was well maintained. SoFi is a wonderful, quiet area, mostly residential with some great restaurants. When you arrive at this apartment you are met by flowers in the small but lush garden! The apartment is nice and cosy and has everything you need. Moreover you have the beach, a great park, shopping and restaurants, all within a couple of blocks. The owners of the apartment were very understanding, helpful and most generous. Jesse & Brenda are wonderful people and I would happily stay in their apartment again the next time I am in Miami Beach! Thank you so much for making our vacation in SoFi so great! - LINDA

My wife & I are always interested in sharing our future retirement home with property respectful guests. Since we're in a private, gated property, we require that all of our guests provide us with a Photo ID. This ensures whom should have access to our building.

Parking -
Parking along our street is free M-F from 7am-6pm, as stated on the street parking signs out in front of our condo and along the street. So you're free to come and go all day long. But AFTER 6pm, ONLY resident parking passes are allowed on the street. I buy them for myself and our guests. I can provide them to you, so you can come and go as you please 24 hours a day. Just let me know BEFORE your arrival!

If you prefer covered parking, there's a secure parking garage only 3 streets away for overnight at only $20 per 24 hour stay.

While we have been down there on Vacation, during high season, we've never had a problem with parking directly in front of our condo during the day, or a few steps away on the cross streets of 4th or 3rd.

LATE CHECK-OUT or EARLY CHECK-IN if available is $10 per hour.

THE FOUNTAIN CONDOMINIUM HOTEL
RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

The Fountain Condo Hotel is a unique Residential Property that consists of a combination of second homes and full-time residents and long term tenants. Kindly show respect to unit owners and other guests by observing the following rules:

NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE CONDO. There is a $250 charge if evidence of smoking is found.

Visitors must be escorted by guests at all times throughout building and grounds.

The condo is very well taken care of, and the building is a newly restored land-marked building so please respect the common space by not littering. There is a trash room outside of the back of the building in a secured Trash & Maintenance room.

PLEASE take trash out & make sure any food your bought is dis-guarded to the trash as well.

The clean fee pays for laundry service, remaking the bed and placing the linens, cleaning the shower, toilet, sinks, floors, counters and any other surfaces in the unit. PLEASE respect other guests in the building. They are all here enjoying paradise as well!

Guests Rules
Per unit – Maximum 3 persons including children
No guests other than those registered are allowed to occupy rental units.
All renters and adults occupying the unit must (legibly) complete and sign The Fountain Condo registration forms provided to you prior to arrival to Management
PARTIES ARE NOT PERMITTED and excessive visitors will not be tolerated
Visitors must be escorted by guests at all times throughout building and grounds

Building Regulations
TV and Stereo volumes must be lowered to normal levels at all times.
The Swimming Pool areas closes at dusk
Front doors may not be propped open at any time
Access gates may not be propped open at any time
Please close doors to units as quietly as possible as to not disturb neighbors
Trash from units must by disposed in the trash room located in the back alley of the property. The entrance key is also use to open the trash room. Please make sure to place recycle items in the appropriate bin and boxes need broken down before placing inside the bin.
Please do not leave trash by poolside area. Always dispose in trash room.
No items such as towels, sheets or rugs may be hung from terraces/windows.
No items such as sheets or blankets may be draped across any windows

Violations/Fines
Guests who do not conform to the above rules and regulation will be given a verbal warning for the first violation and charged $200 for the second violation. Police will also be called with second warning.
After third violation, guests will be asked to vacate the premises.

I stayed for a week in Jesse & Brenda's and spent a great time. They are great hosts. They answered every question i had and recomended some places. The apartment is beautifull, very clean and eqquiped with everything you can need. Very well located, you can take the metrobus from the airport to the apartment. The bus stop is two blocks away. The neighborhood is very quiet, specially at night so you can rest after a beach's day. I definitely recomend this place !!!!!

We had a great time at Jesse and Brenda's place . The location is excellent , situated in the quieter area south of 5th avenue. It is a very short stroll to the beach and the lively part of ocean st if you're looking for some night life . The apartment is small but adequate for a short stay at South beach as you don't tend to spend much time in the apartment. It has all the amenities you need and even supplies stuff for the beach . The building is nice , secure and in a great neighbourhood. It is nice having a pool to relax in and cool off . Would highly recommend as a great value place to stay.

Couldn't agree more with what other guests said already. I've stayed at Jesse and Brenda's apartment during the Christmas week. The hosts were super responsive and attentive to whatever I needed to have a great experience before and during my stay. The apartment manager Wil (who is onsite) was also great during the visit and helped with getting parking passes and with whatever questions I had. The apartment itself was exactly as described and even more: immaculate clean, beautifully decorated, the bed was really comfy and the kitchen very well equipped. Having the laundry and dryer in the unit was a big plus as well not to bring the dirty laundry back home. The location is hard to beat: just few blocks to the beach and all the restaurants and shops from Collins and Ocean Ave, and yet secluded in its own sanctuary space. I highly recommend this apartment and would stay here again in a heart beat!

The apartment was just as described. Clean, quiet, easily accessable to the beach and restaurants. There were beach chairs and towels plus the kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. A responsive superintendant to any questions we had. The pool was beautiful and clean but a bit chilly. The bed was comfortable too. We would definitely consider renting there again.

We live in Dallas, Texas, have 2 great sons and a beautiful female boxer dog! We've always dreamed of having a place in South Beach to be able to visit during retirement. I spent 2 years researching the market, and after every cruise, we'd spend a week looking. Finally we stumbled upon what we consider our slice of paradise!
