My family and I spent a week here and had a great time. Great location which made it easy to get to the Bettex gondola by foot and to all the restaurants in the village. As a trick for anyone who is going to ski, rent your skis at the top of the lift at Claude Penz Sports... they have lockers where you can leave all of your ski gear on top of the mountain overnight to make gearing up very convenient! As was discussed in another review, we had an issue with the hot water heater too. After calling Andrew, here is the scoop so that any future guests can figure it out on their own.... The hot water heater is setup with a circuit breaker that ensures it only heats during the night time hours (cheaper electricity) but the problem is that the water tank is not that large. So if you come back home after skiing all day and want to have one person take a bath and the other a shower, you run out of hot water. The trick here is to open up the circuit breaker panel (located right next to the front door) and then flip up a very small switch that is located in the bottom right corner. If you do this first thing in the morning when you wake up, you will be assured that the hot water heater keeps producing hot water through the day. Another quick thing to point out is that the refrigerator is quite spacious, but if you put anything too far to the back, it will freeze it. (we put some cheese, fruits and eggs that touched the back wall and over night they froze) Anyways, this is a great staging point if you want to spend some time skiing in the area! Would certainly come back if given the opportunity!

I've just spent half term here with my family. This apartment is excellent. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. For those who like to cook the kitchen is well equipped and the hob and oven are very good. We went for skiing and there is a ski locker in the basement with access straight on to the street. The ski bus stops at the bottom of the steps outside the apartment and runs every 20m or so and takes 5m. Having two bathrooms and loos was a good benefit with four wanting a shower after a day on the slopes. Andrew was excellent at answering questions, and offering to assist with anything - great communication. Book it!

This apartment is gorgeous! Like staying at a 4 star hotel. Andrew was very responsive to our initial issues such as problems with the tv and the electric not being turned on when we got there - so we didn't have hot water for our first night. The neighborhood is fantastic! Absolutely beautiful views and great restaurants. I hope to go back and stay at this apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay at Andrews flat and found it very cosy and very well ... It was perfect for us and was very clean and tastefully decorated. He is excellent host, and has answered your text message quickly. He gave us some tips. I strongly recommend him.
