An amazing lake retreat, secluded and completely private. This property has a 15 acre lake for you to swim, fish or cruise by pontoon boat. Build sand castles on the sandy beach or sit under a patio umbrella on the dock and watch the wild life. In addition to the lake and the beach there's about 90 acres of grassland, woodland and trails for you to explore by foot, bicycle or golf cart. The house is spacious, updated and can sleep up to 14 very comfortably.

There are two screened in porches, one with a grill, patio seating, rocking chairs and dinging tables to seat 12. There is a bonus ping pong table in the basement and a trampoline on the lawn.

Guests will be able to utilize the lake, trails and lawn areas. Planted crops are areas that guest wont be able to utilize. The large, locked metal building will not be available for guests.

Guests may bring their own bicycles, floaties, fishing rods, buckets, spades etc. for their own personal enjoyment. Guests may have the use of the Lilly pad type of floating devise that is about 17 x 5 feet. There are life jackets available but please bring your own just in case we don't have the right size for you.
