CITY TAX .Genoa Municipality applies a € 1 fee for all guests over 14 years up to a maximum of 8 consecutive days. Are exempt from paying this fee those who stay in the city for reasons of care and their carers.

NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
WATER AND SEPTIC – These cabins are on wells and septic systems. The mineral content in the water is high. During a drought, the well water may have an odor. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed.
DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred euros (€200).

Perfect location for our family with three children. Spacious, very clean and tidy, well equipped. Lively neighborhood right opposite Aquario. Andrea gave us a warm welcome and helpful hints for restaurants around. The high-end-pizzeria at piazza meridiana for instance; we had a wonderful evening there. Thank you very much!

The communication from Andrea before our visit was ideal. I received all necessary unformation very fast and with all relevant details. The location of the apartment is perfect to explore Genoa by foot. It's indeed very central which is on the one hand great but on the other hand it could get quite noisy during the night. It's very useful to have the Acquario right next to the apartment, so it's very easy to find the apartment wherever you are. A supermarket and some bakeries are just a few meters away. The apartment itself was very clean, big and has appropriate furnitures. I can absolutely recomment this apartment.

Andrea could not be a more attentive and helpful host. He gave us good information about getting from the airport and met us at the door as we arrived. The apartment is exactly as described (high ceilings made it feel even bigger) and everything worked as expected. The location of this flat is perfect -- the front of the building is on a main street but out the other side of the lobby you are immediately into the old town of Genoa, just minutes on foot from everything you could want to see. The area is lively but the windows are amazing -- street noise was completely shut out for peaceful sleeping and several fans were available if necessary. We would certainly stay here again when we return to Genoa.

I would really recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a good time in Genova, the apartment was clean and family friendly big enough for the kids to have their fun and location is great too close to most of the interesting places and things. Our host Andrea was also helpful, definitely looking forward for a second visit.

De locatie van het appartement was goed, je ligt tegenover de haven in een mooi oud gebouw. Ook het centrum ligt om de hoek, met leuke eettentjes. Het appartement is schoon, maar erg donker. Je hebt geen balkon of tuintje. Je hebt het gevoel dat je opgesloten zit en graag naar buiten wilt. Ook in de avond en nacht is het erg gehorig. Genua is een mooie stad, maar 2 dagen is meer dan genoeg.
