This cute condo is the perfect home base for exploring Denver and the surrounding mountains. Close to the airport, downtown and interstate access. Sunny, with a small deck, pool and a wood burning fireplace, it is awesome in summer or winter.
The cool colors, large mirrored wall and warm lighting make the space feel larger than it is, and so inviting.

I travel a lot, so decided to share my home while I'm away. I love coming home to this cozy condo, but it's all yours when you're there as I'm off on an adventure somewhere, traveling for work or paddling one of Colorado's rivers.
The complex itself is generally quiet and the direct neighbors are great. There is an awesome little park behind for walks or sitting with a book, a great pool and groceries and other stores walkable in either direction (half mile right - Safeway, King Soopers and Sprouts and less left - Walmart grocery store).
I like that it is in the middle of everything. Easy to get to the airport, downtown, movies, restaurants, Cherry Creek, Stapleton or access to I-70 and the mountains.
There is a bus stop right outside the complex and a light rail station a few miles away (easily bikeable). Also just a few miles to interstate access for 25, 225 and 70. Very close to paved bike paths that will get you all over the city and to some nice state parks/lakes nearby.

Mi casa es su casa. Make yourself at home while you are here. I will leave all my books, CDs, DVDs. Most of my clothes will likely be in the closet, and I may leave some food in the cabinets. I will leave a note about what is fair game and what I prefer you don't use.
Interaktion mit Gästen
I likely won't see you, and sometimes won't be accessible by phone (rivers don't have cell towers yet - thank goodness), but I will communicate well beforehand and will leave you detailed information about the condo and surrounding area. (You can find it here as soon as you book and a hard copy in the condo).
I have left all of my books, CDs and DVDs for your use, as well as my personal bicycle. I trust that they will be well cared for by my guests and returned for mine and future guests use.
The carpeting is light, so please remove your shoes at the door as high traffic areas get dirty and worn fast.
No guests or parties. I have neighbors, and my continuing to rent my place hinges on your respecting them. The condo is surrounded on all sides but one, so your noise affects many others.
Marijuana is legal in Colorado, but I have a STRICT NO SMOKING policy inside the condo (including tobacco). Edibles are fine, and the deck is ok for the rest. I am a cancer survivor and take smoke very seriously.
