With a great location just 3 blocks from 7 Stars Bakery and upper Hope St. Shops, this little house offers easy access to Brown, RISD, Miriam Hospital (1 block away), and downtown Providence. Small but it has everything you need for a great stay.
This is probably the smallest house on the East Side. It has a a small but charming living room, a large bedroom, full kitchen, little breakfast nook, small den (simply a couch....good place to read, do computer work, etc.), driveway, garage (where we store garden tools, etc.), jalousie windowed porch, and a fenced-in yard. The bathroom has a toilet, sink, and pebble-tile floor shower (we just eliminated the old tub because it was a challenge to get in and out).
The living room sofa converts to a queen bed.
There are doors between the LR and the hall so that the LR can be private.
Pack n Play crib available. Also, inflatable twin mattress if you have a child.
We do require a security deposit for monthly rentals.
There is sufficient space in the driveway for 2 cars but one has to move in order for the other to get out.
There are two air conditioners (1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room). There are also ceiling fans in the bedroom and the back porch.
Zugang für Gäste
Guests have access to the whole house and yard. It's very private.

My husband and I have lived in Providence for almost 14 years and we love being here. It's a wonderfully accessible city and this neighborhood, in particular, is great because you can take advantage of everything easily.
We've traveled throughout South America, Morocco, a good part of Europe, Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Hong Kong and my husband has made numerous trips to China.
We both love traveling and entertaining and I'm passionate about languages. I volunteer as an ESL teacher and I speak Spanish fairly fluently, French moderately well, and I've studied Portuguese. We've met lots of students from around the globe through our contacts at International House.
