Situated in quaint St. Johann, it's a 10-min walk to everything: restaurants, ski slopes, shops, pool, train station etc! The highlight of the apartment is a large, open-plan kitchen/dining/living area. Large panoramic windows and doors fill the apartment with light, open out onto a roof terrace and offer breathtaking views of the mountains and village. The layout creates a wonderful sense of space and privacy. It's a wonderful place to visit in both winter & summer.

The highlight of the apartment is a large, open-plan kitchen/dining/living area. Panoramic windows offer breathtaking views of the mountains, fill the apartment with light and open out onto a roof terrace.

The layout creates a wonderful sense of space and privacy. The dining table seats up to 8. You can comfortably sleep 6 in 3 separate bedrooms, all with top quality mattresses. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and full en-suite bathroom (bath/shower & WC). Bedroom 2 has a king bed and small balcony. Bedroom 3 is smaller with two single beds. Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a full bathroom (shower, bath, & WC) and a separate WC.

The bedrooms have excellent sound insulation. Even when we're there with children, friends and grandparents, there's enough space for everyone. We put the kids to bed early and enjoy long evening dinners or movies without disturbing them.
The apartment is well equipped with wi fi, dishwasher, washing machine, TV,
coffee machine, microwave.
Extra cleaning/laundry can be arranged and paid for on arrival.

You can walk to everything! Walk to the ski area in 10 mins. Walk to the supermarkets, village center, restaurants, sport shops, boutiques, and train station in 5 mins. Walk to the swimming pool and ice skating rink in 15 mins.

Our apartment is located in a quiet residential building. We are looking for guests who are interested in a cosy holiday with family or intimate friends. This rental is not suitable for party groups looking for exciting nightlife while on holiday. We have a friendly and helpful local host who will greet you and ensure a smooth key pick-up/drop-off and who will be available should any problems or queries arise. We like to give our guests plenty of space, making ourselves available only as necessary.

Terri made us feel very welcome, nice xmas table decoration, wine and biscuits! The communication before the stay was excellent and very helpful in terms of travel advice in particular. Apartment was very central to the town and suited us well, with close access to station for the rest of our group to arrive by train. The rooms are bright and airy with lots of glass and everything you are likely to need is provided. Good kitchen area for cooking your own meals. Great restaurants near by and underground parking is very handy. Thanks Terri, we had a lovely Xmas break!

This apartment is fantastic! The views from the terrace are superb and the living room is huge. It is literally a two minute walk from the town centre where there are a number of very good bars and restaurants. Terri provided superb instructions before we arrived and the whole checking in process was very smooth. Definitely somewhere we will stay again if we are in Sankt Johann.

Everything leading up to arrival went smoothly with helpful guidance on accessing the property. We were blown away with the apartment. It was much more spacious than expected, taking up the entire top floor of the apartment building with a massive living area and a big halfway with the 3 bedrooms, a large bathroom, another WC and an en-suite. This exceeded our expectations. The location was very close to the pedestrianised centre of St. Johann so within a few minutes we had 5 nice restaurants to chose from and plenty more a few minutes further away with well stocked groceries and all the other cute shops you would expect in an Austrian mountain village. The weather was unseasonably mild so the big snowfalls hadn't yet arrived but the mountain still had some good ski runs with machine-made snow which was enough to keep us busy for a few hours. We also found the drive to Kitzbuhel fairly easy although traffic and parking there was a bit of a headache (around new year).

We loved this apartment! Perfect size for our family of 5 adults with everything you could possibly need. Unbeatable location, very close to the train station and shops. Eva met us at the station and escorted us to the apartment. There is a lift (very helpful when there is lots of luggage) great kitchen with all appliances, washing machine etc and everything is very clean and in good condition. The location is close to several different options for skiers. We were here during Dec so had the lovely Christmas markets as well. The view from the lounge room is stunning. The only problem was no snow as we wanted a white Christmas! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

Absolutely amazing apartment. The hosts were great and offered tons of helpful info prior and during our stay. Will definitely come back here next year for another amazing skiing vacation.
