New Orleans is a magical place. As a writer, life long resident and licensed tour guide in New Orleans, there is no part of the city with which I am not familiar. I have lived in most of the neighborhoods and can suggest the best local neighborhood restaurants, clubs, bars and places of interest to visit. Whether food, music, cultural events, architecture, history etc, I will gladly recommend what I consider the best New Orleans has to offer.
Meet the people, both black and white, who molded the cultural backbone of the city or any of the other historical characters that have created it's storied charm. For those with the time and/or interest, I will be happy to provide a personal city tour or put together a personalized tour with your interests in mind.
