Fantastic London house in Queens Park, North West London. Our house was built in 1900 and architecturally refurbished in 2007, the result
combines a modern clean design with the best of the traditional features retained

Our house is large, light and airy with 4 large bedrooms (3 of the bedrooms have double beds and one has a kingsize bed) we are keen cooks so spend a lot of time in the open planned kitchen/dining room where we have a well equipped custom-built kitchen with stainless steel island, this room has foldaway doors leading to a patio and 100 ft South West facing garden. Our garden has a patio table (extends to seat 10), BBQ, firepit and a lawn leading to a secluded 25sqm deck which is excellent for exercise or quiet cup of coffee. There is a rope swing and tree platform for the kids.


It is the perfect home for a family or group looking to visit London and explore all this city has to offer.

Our house is on a lovely, quiet tree lined street. It is on three levels and includes kitchen / breakfast / family room, living/tv room with foldaway doors to balcony, vaulted master bedroom with en suite and own balcony, loft room with wet room, 3 other large double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 WCs in total and utility room

We are in a quiet, safe and fashionable area of North West London, Queen's Park. We live on a particularly quiet, tree-lined, family street with very nice neighbors.

It's a great area for children; Queen's Park has a playground with a huge sandpit and adjacent paddling pool, a miniature farm, tennis courts, mini-golf and a popular, refurbished café. There’s also a program of lively kids’ entertainment at the bandstand in the summer.

There are late night shops, fashionable boutiques, delis, cafes, restaurants and gastro pubs in the neighborhood. Local Thai, Indian, Italian and Japanese restaurants home deliver in the evenings. We have a large supermarket 5 minutes away, and several supermarkets will deliver if you order online. London's biggest and rather impressive shopping centre, Westfield, is 10 minutes by car or train.
Our closest tube station is Queen's Park (Bakerloo line) - a 10 minute walk through the park - taking you across London. Just round the corner you can take the bus to Oxford Street (20 mins) or to Notting Hill / Portobello Road (10 mins) and Kensington (20mins). The overground train station is a two minute walk, taking you to Hampstead Heath in 10 minutes in one direction or to Kew Gardens in the other.
