There are two queen beds and beddings, a long sofa , desk, desk chair, dining table with 4 chairs, shelves, pots and pans, kettle, dishes, spoons, knives and forks. We can add one or two more mattresses if extra guests come.

It is on the easy climbing 4th floor.
The owner will pay for the water, sewer, electricity and solid waste. The tenant use electricity judiciously. For long term guests, If the electricity usage is over $70/mo (over 28 days) for one guest or over $90 for two guests, the guests will pay the difference. This is the way that we do not casually waste energy.
kids over 2 year old is counted as a guest.
The cleaning fee is only for washing the linens, making bed, vac and general dusting with no more than 3 hours. The tenants need to pay extra cleaning if more cleaning needs to be done based on $30 per hour.
For monthly rental, due to its discounted rate than weekly or daily rental, tenants provide those consumable household items.
Because a large water heater is installed in each unit, when there are more than two people taking shower, should wait 30 min after the first or first two people finished showers. It will give time to the water heater to heat the water after the current 50 or 60 gallons water used up. Thank you.
No smoking, no weeds,
No stranger other than the tenant unless notify in advance (extra $15 per person per night).
Please recycle as much as you can to reduce the garbage, even food can be recycled as compost, no plastic bags in the recycling bins or compost bins.
Since it is a quiet building, please be quiet after 10 PM.
Please save the water by accumulate enough clothing before you use washer.
Please turn off electricity when you are out.
Please do not clog the drains by using hair traps and do not throw anything other than dissolvable toilet papers.

This is a very quiet buildings, most are post docs or visiting scholars or retired professor.
