Um es vorweg zu nehmen: die Unterkunft war absolut großartig. Ich fand sie in der Realität sogar noch besser, als auf den Fotos angegeben, vor allem wirkt sie großzügiger. Sie war sehr sauber und trotz der zentralen Lage in WeHo nicht zuletzt wegen der vernünftigen Verglasung sehr ruhig, was für mich als leichten Schläfer wichtig ist. Die Wände sind US-typisch allerdings etwas dünner, so dass man tagsüber ab und an einen kläffenden Hund aus der Nachbarschaft gehört hat. Die Küche hat alles und mehr, was das Herz begehrt. Das WLAN war spät nachts (zwischen 1 und 4 am) zeitweise und nur bei bestimmten Diensten (Netflix machte zB keine Probleme) etwas brüchig, ansonsten aber top. Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer haben eine gute Klimaanlage. Der Gastgeber (habe ich nicht persönlich kennengelernt) hat jede Anfrage prompt beantwortet und war stets hilfreich - top. Diese Unterkunft hat ihre fünf Sterne auf jeden Fall verdient.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. Great location, nice place accurately photographed. Nice touches such as Netflix set up on the TV, etc. It was a bit chilly in LA this time of year, and we had difficulty keeping the place warm despite running the heaters and fireplace. Luckily that's not a concern most of the year. Another thing that made us a little uncomfortable was the cleanliness. There were spiderwebs in the bedroom corners as well living room and a spider in the living room corner. We also killed a few silverfish in the bathroom and kitchen. I understand it is a house and it's not possible to keep these things out, but Keller's cleaning crew should have removed the spider and spiderwebs before we arrived. Communication with Keller was good, check in and out procedure were perfect! And although a little tight, the parking space is very valuable in this area.

We found some spiderwebs up in the corner of the living room at the ceiling above the heat and air-conditioning system. I have spoken to housekeeping that they also have to clean ceiling and looking for those kinds of things. Aside from that my housekeepers do a very good job cleaning my places making them perfect for my guests.

Very comfortable cottage with two patios. It has everything you need. Although it's close to Santa Monica Blvd, the house is very quiet. You can walk to lots of businesses and restaurants. Keller was very responsive and fixed one small problem immediately.
