Step inside to find a bright, comfortable living space with such at-home comforts as a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a built-in wine fridge, multiple Roku TVs, a private washer/dryer, and an expansive tiled balcony with covered seating and a gas grill. On the grounds, you'll have access to three swimming pools (that are heated in the winter), three hot tubs, a fitness room, and a community barbecue area.

This condo is ideally positioned only one mile east of downtown Palm Springs, allowing you to easily reach the wonderful restaurants, shops, art galleries, and nightlife all along Palm Canyon Drive on foot, by bike, or by car. You'll be within walking distance of the Palm Springs Convention Center and the Agua Caliente Spa and Casino, and a quick drive from dozens of world-class golf courses in the area. If you're looking for an unforgettable desert view, be sure to visit Indian Canyons (five miles south) and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (seven miles west).
