The house has 3 bedrooms and a sitting room, providing a sleeping capacity of up to 8 people, but no more than 6 adults are allowed to stay at the property.

The house has some lovely outdoor deck areas, an 8m pool and a gas BBQ for your enjoyment. An outdoor hot and cold shower makes for an easy, pleasurable rinse off after a day at the beach.
Bacchus offers 2 bathrooms a powder room and an outdoor hot and cold shower. The master bedroom ensuite contains a shower and toilet and the second bathroom has a gorgeous free standing bath, shower and separate toilet.
The property comes equipped with a large flatscreen TV, DVD, PS4, SONOS sound system, media drive and complimentary WiFi. Staying in Byron over the winter months? Then why not curl up in front of the open fireplace and indulge in a movie or your favourite TV show.
Bacchus has all linen, bath and beach / pool towels supplied.
-Group restrictions - maximum of 6 adults at the property.
-A $1000 Security Deposit will be required. This is held as a pre-authorization on a credit card. The Management will require a credit card for the Security Deposit prior to sending through arrival instructions.
-Strict no party policy - fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs (in response to the noisy neighbor hotline).
-No schoolies permitted.
-Christmas and New Year Bookings: if dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12 night min stay applies.
-We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in loss of bond or immediate termination.
