The "CHILL at Winter Park" condo building was completed in 2019 and is the exclusive, luxury mountain modern complex in the base area. With only 17 units at the property, this is a terrific retreat for you and your family to relax and safely social distance.

This property has one of the most sought after locations at the Winter Park Resort! After a short walk up the private heated walkway and stairs from CHILL, you will have direct access to the Corridor Trail ski run to the Winter Park Base Area. If you want to take a break during the day to warm up, have lunch at the condo or even for “Après ski”, just head back down the Corridor Trail from the Mary Jane side of the resort for immediate and exclusive access to the building. It truly does not get easier!

The condo is 0.5 miles to the Winter Park Base, only a 10 minute walk. The location offers a quiet respite from the active hustle and bustle of the base, while still in close proximity to restaurants, bars and other resort amenities.

The condo is professionally cleaned following all recommended CDC COVID protocols to clean and sanitize the property with EcoLab Commercial Cleaning Products. The owners are just a text or phone call away and want to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Important Notices:
- We require a 3-night minimum stay (5-night minimum stay for holidays) and offer weekly specials.
- Quiet hours for the building are from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM - please be respectful.
- The HOA does not permit short-term renters to have pets on the property; we cannot make exceptions to this policy. However, the owners have 3 dogs that stay at the condo from time to time. As a result, this property may not be suitable for people with severe dog allergies.
- The Hot Tub and Pool are currently open but may be subject to closure based on local COVID restrictions.
- There are several flights of stairs required to access to the Corridor Trail and ski slope. It is a total of approximately 70 stairs, we view it as a good warm-up for the day ahead. The stairs can be challenging to climb in ski boots and carrying ski equipment. Please see the photo provided.
- This property does not feature Air Conditioning
- The Winter Park Resort is currently open for the 2020-21 ski season; however, there are restrictions in place due to COVID. Please visit the Winter Park website for the most up-to-date information.
- The Winter Park Resort base area does close during the off seasons from late April until the middle of June, and then from the beginning of October to the middle of November.

The CHILL at Winter Park condo building is located in the Iron Horse neighborhood of the Winter Park ski resort, about 0.5 miles uphill from the Winter Park Base along the "Corridor" ski run that connects the base of Mary Jane Ski Area and Winter Park Ski Area. From the property, it is just a short walk up the heated sidewalk and stairway to the catwalk for ski-in & ski-out access, or a 10 minute walk to the Winter Park Base area with full amenities and year round activities for the whole family.
