Located on the Beverly Hills of Pattaya this condominium is within easy reach of the famous Walking Street in South Pattaya and the delights of Jomtien. With 24hr security guards and keycard entry a safe and secure stay is expected. An 80 sqm, one bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with fully equipped kitchen and balcony grill area. Cable TV and WiFi can be made available on request. The communal swimming pool was fully refurbished at the end of 2019.

Phrathamnak Hill lies to the south end of Pattaya city and the north end of Jomtien. A midway point between these two favourite tourist areas the Hill itself is getting more and more lively. There are bars, cafes and restaurants aplenty and even a new music lounge. We have several traditional Thai "shack" restaurants that knock-up the most fresh and delicious Thai food. They may look a bit intimidating but be adventurous, you'll be glad you did.
On the top of the hill is the large golden Buddha. Situated in a temple setting it's certainly worth a visit.
