Fully furnished private one bedroom apartment w/ 1 queen bed and 1 pull out twin bed, in half of a 150 year old house. Nestled just a few blocks off Esplanade Ave about 1 mile (15- 20min walk) to edge of the French Quarter and City Park.

You've got about 500 square feet of living space with a living room, furnished kitchen, and a spacious bedroom with a queen size pillow top bed.

There is a pull out twin sleeper sofa in the living room available upon request. (This bed will not be made up nor linens left in the closet for this bed unless requested)

There is generally plenty of on street parking less than a block, if not directly in front of the house.

You have access to the entire apartment.

The kitchen is equipped with a keurig coffee maker for your convenience. All towels, wash clothes, and linens are provided.

You have 2 bikes available to use at your own risk. (Saving you about $50 a day in Bike rentals!) If anything happens to bikes outside of normal maintenance (chain break or flat tire), YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE AND LOSS INCLUDING THEFT (I've got a few spare tubes, if a tire pops let me know and I will do my best to get it fixed with in a few hours!)

A few of the surrounding houses are still suffering from Katrina (I'm actually one of the few developed houses on my side of the block) so the block tends to be quiet and look very run down and "dicey". The local kids however use the abandoned houses to hunt for zombies... so the neighborhood is zombie free.

The block might look run down, but everyone on it cares about it. Please respect all my neighbors and be friendly. We do what we can to fight the blight with in the neighborhood. But the properties around me are owned by slumlords who own 6+ properties and want to do nothing to them.... it sucks.

The price listed by Airbnb for the room with no dates entered is the average nightly price, weekends and special events (e.g. Mardi Gras, Jazzfest) have higher pricing, and some weeks are lower based on demand. AirBnB service and cleaning fees are added once desired dates have been entered.

I do my best to get bikes back in a timely fashion depending on severity of damage and when incidents happen. Most small repairs can be dealt with in a few hours (if they happen when bike shops are open) but serious repairs might take a day.

Fühlten uns sehr wohl, konnten die Unterkunft gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichen. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Für uns waren die 2 Fahrräder ein wichtiger Punkt, um in Jordans Apartment zu übernachten. Diese haben uns auch überall in der Stadt hingebracht - New Orleans kann man sehr gut mit dem Rad erkunden. Wir empfehlen Jordan auf jeden Fall gern weiter!

Jordan is an excellent host and went out of his way to ensure that our stay was great. Very close to the French quarter, and the bikes were a big plus. Highly recommend.

The house was a good size for my best friend and I. It was close to the French Quarters and Lyfts were only about $7 to and from; it's a home that has everything you need to be able to stay comfortably and enjoy the city!

We loved our time in NOLA, and the hosts were great. The best part was having the bikes whenever we needed them. It was extremely helpful, as we used them frequently to bike to the French Quarter area.

This air bnb is awesome! short walk to excellent local bars and the use of the bikes made our trip! we biked from garden district all over down town and up to city park! Excellent Aid BNB.

Jordan was great, he was very accommodating when I needed a last minute booking. The house is great, cozy and clean. Jordan is very easy to communicate with, he was available for questions and helpful in keeping us posted about things. I would definitely stay here again
