Our wonderfully bright apartment offers the most modern finishes to inner city living. Located on a quiet leafy St just mins from the train station (1 stop to the city centre) and walking distance to Sydney's most trendy bars/restaurants and cafes.

My building was transformed from a warehouse into apartments in July 2014. There is a lift in the building so no need to lug your heavy bags up the stairs .

Also the building is completely wheelchair friendly

You will have access to clean towels and clean 1000 count cotton sheets.

I will endeavour to greet all guest upon arrival - providing the keys and to show you around the apartment.

Redfern is an awesome quirky area, amazing small bars hidden on every corner. This is the real Sydney, you will be submerged instantly into the Sydney lifestyle free from the run of the mill tourist traps.

There is plenty of all day off street parking available. For those without a vehicle, there is a GoGet directly out the front of the building for you to hire.

Train station is 2 mins walk. Almost every train line in Sydney runs through Redfern so access to all parts of the city - including both airports, Bondi Beach, The North Shore, Harbour Bridge, The Sydney Opera House and the convention centres at Olympic Park are quickly accessible.

There is a bicycle storage unit on the ground floor of the apartment block which you are welcome to borrow a bike to see the sights.

If you are arriving from either the domestic or international airport, it is about a 10 min taxi drive or a 30 min train ride to get to the apartment.

Prince Alfred pool (local hipster pool) is a 10 min walk

I usually do not cater for more than 2 guest per booking, however If you wish for an extra guest to stay please communicate this with me before making the booking so we can agree on additional fees for extra towels, sheets and mattress.

If you anticipate an extremely early or late check in or check out please communicate this with me before you make the booking so I can guarantee I will be able to cater for this.

Treat the place as you would your own. Clean up after yourselves - NO parties. A Maximum of 6 people (air BnB guest included) permitted at the apartment at anytime.

All furniture and apartment belongings should remain in the same place as when originally checked in.

There is absolutely no smoking in the house or balcony. If this rule is broken, additional cleaning fees will apply and be taken from the security deposit.

If you loose the key and FOB a $110 replacement charge will be taken out of the security deposit.

Any damaged or broken goods will be taken out of the security deposit, this includes sheets, towels, glasses and anything in the apartment.

What a beautiful home this is, in a very central location, Stylish and Modern, though still comfortable - you can't help but feel at home here. Many thanks to Mauli for working with us while she was in Hawaii, without her assistance we'd have slept in a car (two grown men and a puppy in a mid size sedan - fun!!!) As pleasurable stay from beginning to end.

Mauli's place was amazing. Even nicer than the pictures make it out to be. Bright, airy and fully stocked, it was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend. Redfern is close to everything but nice and quiet at night.

Mauli was very quick to respond and her listing is just as pictured - it's bright, has a lot of character and high quality appliances with within walking distance to a lot of cool shops! I highly recommend her place to anyone who plans to visit Sydney.

The apartment is clean and spacious. Close to bars and restaurants and the train station. Mauli met me and had a bunch of information on the area, which was helpful. Big apartment and great value for money

Mauli is a very friendly and helpful host. The place was setup nicely, but that is where the positives ended. The bed was terrible, which led to poor sleep and sore backs. There was also a smell of gas coming from kitchen. The area is not the safest at night. (3 police incident in 2 days.) The price of the accommodation to what you receive I would have been better off staying in a hotel.

Hi Naill, we are sorry that you felt the your stay was not positive. As you can see we have had 35 guest stay and not one has left negative feedback regarding the appartment and the area. We cannot control what happens out side of the building and the area, it is New Years and lots of people around. This is not the suburbs it's the city. We pride ourself on making sure all our guests have a comfortable stay and I always offer guests to contact me with ANY concerns. I wish you had of contacted me during your stay with the concerns that you raised above in order for me to help resolve and make your stay pleasurable.

The apartment was beautiful, hip, quiet, and clean. I love the neighborhood. It's a quick walk to many public transit options. Be sure to check out Bean & Berry cafe (breakfast salad!) and John Smith cafe for brewed coffee.

I consider myself a seasoned traveller who has spent quite a bit of time abroad in all types of accommodation. From bad to good I have probably experienced them all.

What I would love offer is a wonderful hospitality experience. Assisting any traveller who stays at my abode to experience Sydney as I would. I love to eat, shop and drink - who doesn't? Happy to chat with you before your stay to map out a plan to tackle the sites of Sydney.
