The home sits behind a gated street entrance with an automatic garage door and can allow tandem parking for 2-small cars or one standard sized car. With a brick-paved and lush landscaped driveway with a towering tree, the house feels like a far-removed oasis out of a European countryside but located in the heart of the city. The house is split into two separate units.

The upstairs is a spacious 1 bedroom 1 bath home with 10-foot ceilings and approximately 700-square feet of living space. Gorgeous hardwood floors, redwood deck at entrance of house with spot-on downtown views (Transamerica building and Fi-Di skyline). Updated in 2013, the kitchen has stainless appliances, dishwasher, granite counters and breakfast seating. Bedroom has copious closets. Living/Dining rooms have a gas fireplace, floor to ceiling windows with handsome shoji wood grid frame. The couch turns into a queen pull-out bed. Mounted 42” flat screen with DirecTV in living room. Modern bathroom has two showerheads, quartz counters and radiant heated flooring.

We loved the apartment from the moment we opened the door until we left. The location is perfect for exploring the city and enjoy the local scenery. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés around - such a pleasure going out every day. The apartment itself is just lovely - nicely renovated, well-equipped and of high standard (the heating system and especially the floor heating in the bathroom were great during winter times). There is basically everything you need for great vacations, feeling homey and more. We very much appreciated the contact beforehand and during our stay, the welcome food package, the organization of a travel cot for our son (which was new) etc etc. Whenever we came back to SF we would definitely book the apartment again!

Very service orientated experience from the start. We were in contact with the host from the airport and she was ready and waiting for us upon arrival. The flat as all the electronics you need from toaster to coffee machine to electric tea kettle (important for my English wife!). Plenty of living space, great bed, plenty of linens towels and nice little touches. Parking option was great to have, even if a little tricky to pull in and out. Location is fantastic, with Coit Tower, Levi's Plaza, North Beach and the Financial District all 20 minutes or less away. Great place to hang our hats while we transitioned back to San Francisco from London!

The residence is wonderful. I spent two months there and it has everything you could need for short and long stays. Very spacious, nice furnishings. Restaurants, shops, deli, grocery are all within a 2-3 block radius. On one of the best hills in the city. I could not have asked for more in an Airbnb.

Just completed a 3 month stay at the property and loved it. The location is fantastic and Jennifer Yick, Angela's property manager, was quick to respond to any issues. Not that there were any major issues - just a few minor ones like a broken coffee grinder that was replaced in a day. The apartment was immaculate and the neighborhood safe and fun. Heated bathroom floor tiles were a first for me and a real luxury. Lots of great natural light. The balcony is fantastic and feels like a private oasis. Be warned, pulling into the driveway is tight so the smaller the car, the easier the parking. I highly recommend this property!

Angela's place was cozy and lovely! We really appreciated how accessible it was to downtown, to the waterfront, and to tons of restaurants, yet felt quiet and tucked away. A big bonus was that it had it's own parking spot and outdoor space. Angela made everything easy, simple and clear, making our stay seamless. It's a perfect spot both for tourists or those who have recently relocated. Thanks Angela for a great place and a lovely stay!

Después de haber estado 36 días en el apartamento de 5 Genoa Place, solo podemos decir que ha sido todo fantástico. La casa estaba muy limpia, y está reformada de hace poco tiempo; tiene una plaza de parking y un solarium espléndidos. Nuestra manager Jennifer Yick muy competente y dispuesta a ayudar en todo. La situación de la casa, inmejorable.A 2 minutos de Columbus Av, a 10 del Down Town y a 1 minuto de Coit Tower. Sin lugar a dudas muy recomendable.
