This room is in the back of our home which makes it a very quiet space. The window to the room opens up into the center open courtyard of our home and sunshine pours in all day long. Note*The door also opens up to the hallway open courtyard. The closest bathroom is on the other side of the courtyard. On those few occasions In the "Winter" evenings (June July) where the mountain night air feels chilly, it can feel like you are stepping "outside" to walk around the corner so a pair of slippers can be helpful. The room is one of the warmest in the house during the Winter season but farthest from the bathroom.
Our home is smoke free - you are welcome to smoke outside on the street side but please no smoking inside courtyard or balcony. Pets are not allowed.
