This apartment and the amenities and location of the building are very unique and special. It's an awesome place to live, as well as a short stay.

Guests will have the best location, within minutes from anywhere, by walking, public transportation, bike, or car. WALK TO AAA, BAYSIDE, GROCERY, RESTAURANTS, AND MORE.
13% RESORT TAXES ARE INCLUDED. IT'S THE STATE LAW. THE PRICE INCLUDES YOUR TAXES. If you need parking, there is garage kept secured self park or valet available. This can be arranged on site. Self park requires registration, it's $75 for your entire stay, and the valet is the Hotel Price and may vary.

We have an on site office and are there to serve 7 days a week. There is also concierge service 24/7 and much more including rental offices, restaurants, Doctor's office, Pharmacy, Liquor store, etc.
This building is only a few miles from MIA airport and on the bay. Long before you arrive, you'll get a welcome from us. We have office in the same building and there are 24 hour concierge and doormen. There is plenty of public transportation as well, but we recommend taxi, supper shuttle, or rental car. We have parking as well that is in doors and well secured. You'll love it here.
Additional maid service and room service is also available on site, just as dry cleaning, dog service, and much more are also at your beck and call
