The apartment is as nice and cozy as the pictures show it. It is perfectly central in the heart of Bucharest. The best thing about Elisabeta´s apartment: a friend of her Ronni was there to give us the keys and show us the flat. When we entered I noticed, that I lost my bag in the Taxi from the airport. Ronni made several calls and visited with us the head quarter of the taxi company and helped me to get everything back. It took hours but he did not complain once! So i would definitely recommend to stay at this place.

In spite of the fact that this apartment was booked by me and my boyfriend and it was confirmed by Elisabeta that we could spend a night there, I can't leave a comment about it. The reason is that at the very moment of our arrival in the city (time was announced to the owner in advance) we were informed that there was a problem with water in the apartment and another apartment was offered to us. I should notice that this fact was already unpleasant cause we had a feeling like time of our arrival was chosen specially for such news for us not to have time to find any alternative ourselves, otherwise why not to inform us during the day? In the evening after a long day spent on the road you don't have much choice if to agree or not, so we were led to another apartment by another owner/host/agent Vlad. Here is the link to the apartment where we had to spent one of our worst nights- https://www.airbnb.ru/rooms/8140989?s=3n7yfqNN It is located not far from Elisabeta's ap and at first sight the ap looked to be ok. But then we realized that: 1. The ap was really dirty and in mess and it seemed like people were living there as there were towels and sheets drying and food left in the fridge. 2. The windows are so bad there that it is more than noisy in the ap. The street is very busy, especially on Staurday night, so it was not possible to have a proper rest before early flight on the following day. 3. The street light is located right on the window, so at night the whole room was suffused with light. 4. There was no toilet paper, only a couple packs of napkins. 5. There was no blanket. We asked Vlad to bring a blanket to us, he did after couple of hours and it stinked of food. 6. Bed was very uncomfortable as well. We checked Airbnb and found out from there that this ap was more than 50 RON cheaper than Elisabeta's, but had a cleaning fee, which is absurd for us to pay as we stayed one night only and specially chose Elisabeta's ap without cleaning fee. We informed Elisabeta about this and the following day another agent Ania who works with Vlad gave us 20 RON back. Ok, but but it did not help us from being totally ruined after spending night in that ap. I would love to write a comment on the page of Vlad and Ania, but unfortunately I can't do it by Airbnb's rules as I see, so I am sorry for Elisabeta, but here is the only place we can show our disappointment and indignation.

The studio was totaly different from the one in the pictures! It was very old and very small. We couldn't stay there. We took a room to a hotel. We couldn't talk to Elisabeta! It was a guy that took us there. Elisabeta never unserd the phone. Even I calld her 5 times This was a very bad experience. We will never come back!

The appartment is really nice. Everything looks really clean and the location is perfect, you can walk to most of the nice places of Bucharest. The person in charge of the location, Vlad, is super nice and helpfull, he gave me advices about restaurants and checked if I was ok from the start to the end of my journey. Thank you Elisabeta and Vlad for this great appartment :)
