The spacious villa was for many years the show villa on this phase of the development, due to its excellent location and light and airy feel. An upmarket, quality property yet decorated in a symathetic and unpretentious manner, suitable for both families, couples and winter stay retirees. Excellent golf and country views from multiple terraces and outdoor spaces. Not overlooked and in a very private corner of the resort. The pool is in a sun trap and sheltered from any wind.

Guests have access to a pool, a central leisure complex including pool, children's pool, spa and gym, and several restaurants, and of course the golf course, bowls green and driving range. Services/access at some of these are paid.

Quiet, peace and quiet...great access to golf and to the nearby beaches. Walking distance to the village of Budens with its supermarket/grocery store and several small, family-run restaurants. Count on simple, traditional cooking if you want to walk to your restaurant. On the resort, there are two restaurants, an Italian which does take-aways as well as eating in, and the main restaurant atthe golf club house. In the summer the restaurat near the main pool is also open for snacks and meals.
A car is recommended (and there is plenty of parking right in front of the villa), but local town of Budens is walking distance for grocery shopping, eating out, etc. If you are a golfer, you might be able to do a deal with the resort to have a buggy for your stay (extra cost).
We can help organise transport to and from airport if you decide not to have a car.

Access to wireless internet can be arranged at a cost per day, if organised in advance. Please contact us ahead of time.
Smoking outside please (and please don't throw cigarette butts on the floor or garden). No pets. The area is quiet and upmarket, and other guests expect neighbours to act accordingly. No late night parties and unruly behaviour. This is not the ideal location for a boys' (or girls') night out!
Water is a scarce commodity and especially in Southern Europe. Please help the environment by using water sparingly and sensibly. Portugal has Europe's most expensive electricity based on average wages and cost of living. So please help us save by not leaving airconditioning units on when you are out, or doors open with aircon running and try if possible to run machines later at night.
