Dear Paola I am sorry to hear that you feel like that.
There is some things I would like to point out.
When we have arrivals after 22.00 in the night, we leave the keys hanging on the door and the lights on. Then we pass-by the next day to meet and greet our guests. It is written on the directions and info given from AIRBNB.
It is very unusually not to find anything to drink in the fridge due that we always serve a welcome package, Of local white wine, Coca Cola refreshments and big bottles of water and very often local fruits:-) maybe the cleaning woman forgot to add a bottle of water? but the rest was there because I checked your fridge the next morning:-)
I`ve tried personally to meet you several times. The next day I passed with fresh bread from the bakery and you had already left the property. I left the bread and note telling that I passed by to say hello and that I will pass again.
I passed 4 times in total from the house to meet and greet you.
I passed early morning, I passed early afternoon and evening all different days in hope to find you.
I brought you fresh bread the first time, we fixed all issues mentioned and cleaned the house again.
Second time I passed and left you a watermelon from our own garden:-).
The third time I brought a local wine, and the
Fourth time I brought you fresh figs and grapes also from our own garden:-).
Unfortunately we did not meet due that you where out the hole day enjoying our beautiful island. We really wanted to meet and say hello to you.
Dear Paola after you mentioning those things upon your arrival. We instantly reacted to your replies.
1) Curtains fixed the next morning of your arrival. they where broken from prior guests we where sorry for that.
2) We fixed the drain on the shower the next morning of your arrival.
3) There was nothing wrong with the doors, doors where closing fine, we checked all of them the next morning.
4) Υes the wifi was a bit slow, we reboot / reset the device and it working fine now. Thank you for lettings us know.
5) We do not understand the need of towels, because we delivered towels for 8 persons. One big and a small one . In total 16 towels and you where only 4 persons. We also provided new towels twice upon your stay, which was only for 7 days.
6) We happily cleaned the house again the next morning after mentioning it. We normally have a 5 stars on cleaning and many reviews on sparkling clean house. it was very strange for us.
7) I want to point out that you mentioned 2 BEATLES on your message to us in the house, which is very unusual to find right after we cleaned the house and all the doors were closed prior to your arrival. BUT ON YOUR REVIEW YOU WRIGHT cockroaches which is UN-TRUE and has a significant difference between the insects.

Overall dear Paola we tried to do our best in order for you to have a pleasant stay. We did not succeed and we are sorry for that. We still want to thank you for letting is us know how you feel.
