This newly renovated and very spacious 3 bedroom twin is located just 10 blocks from UPenn, UArts, and CHOP; only 3 blocks from great West Philly restaurants, cafes, and bars (e.g., Dock Street Brewery); and only a few blocks from the trolley that can have you downtown in 10 minutes.
A newly renovated home in one of Philly's most exciting neighborhoods and close to the University of Pennsylvania. It's a twin that has plenty of light and windows, a porch with furniture for enjoying the outdoors, and a small tree-shaded backyard. Excellent diverse neighbors, plenty of street lighting, and on street parking.
I live here part-time with my two young daughters and couldn't imagine living anywhere else, city or suburbs. You're within easy striking distance of the best the city has to offer (biking or public transportation are easy and I've even walked it a few times), and yet it still feels a world apart from the city with it's funky coffeehouses and wonderful diversity.

Glad to interact with you as much or as little as possible. Certainly glad to provide assistance and guidance. But you will have the house to yourself and I will either be in another part of Philadelphia or out of town.
Weitere wichtige Infos
I have beds for 6 (7 if you include the foam mattress on which my daughter sleeps), but I'm happy to accommodate a larger group if you want to inquire.
If you are just a couple or 3/4 people or a group that would like a reduced cost for sharing my home while I'm there, please inquire as the cost would be negotiable during those times.
A set of guidelines will be provided to you when you have confirmed.
