CONDITIONS OF RESIDENCE
All rights of admission onto the Forest Manor Guest House Property is reserved.
Upon arrival you and your fellow guests are required to complete the guest register and sign the guest check-in form. Please also read the Guest Information File which will be found in your room. This contains additional information which will assist in making your stay more enjoyable.
Our reception and administration office at Forest Manor Guest House operates between the hours of 07h00 and 22h00 during weekdays and 07h30 and 17h00 on weekends. We would prefer check-in during these hours.
After hour check-in: For Safety and Security reasons please call our mobile number (phone number hidden) should you see you are running outside of these office operating times.
Please arrange in advance for any check in later than 21h00 if known.
Please note that Forest Manor Guest House is a non-smoking facility. Should the non-smoking policy of our establishment be ignored, penalties will be levied without consultation. For your convenience ashtrays are available at designated smoking areas.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:
In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) reservations are subject to acceptance of our Terms & Conditions:
1. Please note that we require a minimum 50% deposit to secure and confirm any booking. The Full balance for the stay is payable immediately on Arrival or prior to check-in.
2. Due to our live booking connectivity, reservations are only secured on proof of payment of the required deposit on a first come, first served basis. We cannot be held responsible for loss of a booking/s due to delayed payment.
3. We do not accept cheque payments unless 10 working days are given for cheque clearance to validate a booking/s prior to arrival.
4. I understand that due to banking regulations in South Africa, any manual credit card payments that are made, and require a refund would only be refunded to me 6 (six) months after the original transaction date.
5. Payments to be made by direct deposit, Internet transfer or Credit card (Master, Visa, Amex and Diners).
All cancellation requests must be addressed in writing to us at (email hidden) with your reservation number as the reference.
1. Cancellation 0 – 7 days prior to arrival - 100% of the full deposit amount will be charged for the cancelled booking.
2. Cancellation 7 – 14 days prior to arrival - 50 % of the deposit amount will be charged for the cancelled booking.
3. Cancellation 15 days or more prior to arrival - deposit will be refunded after deducting the credit card transaction and administration fee for the cancelled booking.
4. Please allow up to 48 hours to process a refund
5. All Refunds for early departures are subject to management discretion.
