This property is in a gated community, close to the Town of Torrevieja, it is on 3 floors consisting of open plan lounge and kitchen area on the ground floor, there is also a cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin, on the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double with private balcony TV and DVD and one twin bedroom, a shower room with bidet, toilet and wash hand basin is also located on this floor, on the 2nd floor there is an insulated conservatory/bedroom, with twin beds and a roof terrace.

There are also terraces to the front and the rear of the property with dining tables at each location.

This property has been used for holiday lets since 2003.

The five resorts along the beautiful stretch of the Orihuela Costa boasts Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor.

Playa Flamenca itself lies between Punta Prima and La Zenia with very easy access to the both the AP7 (Autopista) motorway and the N332 coastal road.

A fairly large and popular resort, Playa Flamenca has much to offer in the way of lively commercial centres, shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and an abundance of entertainment.

La Florida village is only 15 minutes walk away with good facilities to offer, including supermarket, beauty salon, various bars and restaurants providing great live entertainment, karaoke, quiz nights and more.
the Emerald Isle sports bar, separate restaurant. Open early till late it provides great live family entertainment virtually daily both afternoon and evening. A swimming pool and children´s play area are also available.

The Via Park V Commercial Centre is a short 10 minutes walk with its array of bars and restaurants, again with several providing live family entertainment.

The Flamenca Beach and La Mosca Commercial Centres are approximately 25 minutes walk or a short drive away. An abundance of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes are on offer and of course live entertainment can always be found. There is also a flood lit 18 hole mini golf course on the rooftop of the La Mosca centre, with food and drinks available to purchase.

Again, only a short or a 25 minute walk is the popular and large Saturday street market. This is a must to visit and an experience if you have never visited a Spanish street market. Available to buy are locally produced fresh fruit and vegetables, hams, breads, cakes, flowers, plants, leathers, toys, ladies and gents wear, shoes, sports wear, football strips and so much more.

Just a few moments walk from the street market is the fabulous shopping centre of Zenia Boulevard. Again a must to visit during both daytime and evening. There are over 150 shops including Zara, Stradivarius, Mango, Blanco, Pandora, Swarovski, Primark, H&M, C&A, Druni, AlCampo, Decathalon, Leroy Merlin, Cuplé, Nichi Seijo, Geox, Guess, Lefties, Bershka, and many more. You will also find beauty salon, hairdresser and a sports/keep fit centre. For entertainment value there is a large children´s play area, a casino and a bowling alley and there is very often live entertainment provided on the stage either to watch or join in. There are many bars, ice-cream parlours, cafés and restaurants, great for lunch or an evening out and it is open every day of the year.

There is an outdoor Go Kart track only a few minutes drive away on the N332, providing kids and adults karts and quad bikes. An inflatable toy area is also provided for younger children.

There are many local beach resorts along the Orihuela Costa coast and most have been awarded the blue flag in recognition of high quality. A walk of approximately 40 minutes or a short drive will bring you to the beach at Punta Prima with beach bar, sunbeds and other facilities. A little further along the coast is La Mosca beach at Playa Flamenca and the beaches of Cerrada, Bosque and Capitan at La Zenia.

Many restaurants, café bars, banks, supermarkets, etc can be found in both the local resorts of Punta Prima, La Zenia.

The main town of Torrevieja, once a fishing port, has so many lovely restaurants and coffee bars. There is also a fabulous promenade, marina, shopping centre, water park, cinema, 10-pin bowling and much more and is only a 15 minute drive away from Playa Flamenca. Every evening during the high and mid seasons you will find an abundance of small market stalls providing local craft and other goods on offer along the front.

Golf: Should golf be your passion there are the three superb course of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor only 4 kms away and there are many others to choose from further afield.
