Quiet ground floor townhouse, faces Charleson park and the creek. Ten minutes walk to Granville Island market, restaurants, Olympic Village, Canada Line, downtown via Aqua bus. Bright bedroom, comfortable double bed, and your own private bathroom. Patio of the living room where to have a coffee, lunch or relax with a book and a glass of wine.
Coffee, tea or juice available for my guests.
This townhouse is in front of a park and 50 metres from the water. It is extremely quiet with a very peaceful view of trees and a green hill from the living room. In the evening you can sit on the hill and watch the beautiful sunsets and the boats passing by. The bedroom is cozy and bright with a big closet a small desk with drawers and two nice windows. The bathroom is big and bright with a big bathtub, radiant heating and a nice shower. At a distance, in the winter one can see the mountains, boats and water. In the summer have breakfast and or a glass of wine on the patio.

I am a teacher, an author and an artist. I work part time from home, with flexible hours so I am very opened to help with directions around town and recommending places to see, restaurants and modes of transportation. I love helping out!

Sorry, I feel more comfortable hosting couples and women only, since I am on my own.
I love my place and its surroundings and I would like to share it with people that will respect the space in and out and feel comfortable in it. I prefer that people do not eat in the bedroom since it is carpeted and...
PLEASE NO SMOKING INSIDE OR IN THE PATIOS.

I am an artist, a writer and a Spanish teacher. I like walking along the water and in the forest, doing yoga, spending time with my grandchildren (I am a young grandma!), my old doggy (Sasha), love painting, making recycled bags and jewelery, listening to music, reading, dancing, travelling to Europe and Latin America (stayed in Airbnb, ofcourse!) singing and talking to people, as a matter of fact, I love people and different cultures! People are the most important thing on this earth, right?
