This little cosy room has antique and modern furniture, a cupbourd from the 19th century. It is nice to have your meals inside. Alternatively you can have your breakfast in the big breakfastroom prepared by me, you can have all you desire. The bathroom has a huge window and a lot of sunshining. The plants inside feel very well and are nearly always full of blossoms.
The 3 guestbedrooms in my flat are all totaIly different and you pay in each of them for 1 PERSON FOR 1 NIGHT 45euro.
You should stay at least 2 nights.
During big indrustrial fairs prices are a bit higher. You will have them on request
In this part of Düsseldorf, called Oberkassel, you see everywhere beautiful houses from about 1900, a special architecture called "Jugendstil".
Five or 10 minutes walk and you find international restaurants, supermarkets, a cath. and prot. church, cinema (Souterrain) under a wonderful restaurant, the name is Muggel.
Two minutes walk in the other direction you are at the river Rhine where you can go for a walk, barbecue, sit on a bank and read, or just look around and have your dreams.
Tramstop is 2 minutes walk.
You cross the bridge with a 1000 steps and then you are in the so called "Altstadt", the old center of Düsseldorf which is full of bars and restaurants, shops, barbers, houses from the 18th century, a market place, etc. Several churches which you can visit and admire.
You can do "sightseeing of Düsseldorf" by a special bus and make a little trip by ship through the harbour.
