Nicely appointed private room for two in an updated historic classic Baltimore rowhouse on a lovely street near the Inner Harbor. If there is a third guest,a full-size futon is available in a common area (not private) with additional fee for the third guest.
My renovated historic row house is on a safe quiet tree-lined residential street and faces Riverside Park, a neighborhood gathering spot. Enjoy walking/jogging paths, the historic gazebo, playground, ball fields, public swimming pool, or meet the neighbors. The two-story house is a modern space with original features such as exposed brick and original heart-pine floor boards. Your room is light-filled, with a queen-size bed, desk, wardrobe, lounge chair and 32-inch TV. Share the adjacent full bath.
Very convenient and accommodating for business travelers.
You'll share the house with the homeowner and have access to the large modern kitchen (with coffee maker) and dining room, living room with gas fireplace, powder room and a private back patio and BBQ grill.
I enjoy hosting and showing off my great neighborhood and city. I'll be available if issues arise or to be helpful, and will respect your privacy and space.
Riverside is a quiet family-oriented enclave surrounded by the best amenities any city can offer: lively restaurants and bars, world-class ballparks, museums, historic sites, shopping and a waterfront promenade.
Easy access in and out via I-95, and highways 295, 395, and 695. Public transportation includes the free circulator bus, light rail, MARC commuter rail to DC and water taxi. Quick ride to BWI or Amtrak. Take advantage of Uber and Zipcar.
Better yet, WALK, 2-5 minutes to "historically hip" Federal Hill shops, restaurants and Cross Street Market, 10 minutes to the Inner Harbor, convention center, American Visionary Art Museum, Museum of Industry, and downtown, 15 min. to Camden Yard to see the Orioles or M&T Bank Stadium to catch a Ravens game. 20-30 min walk to Fort McHenry, Little Italy, Harbor East and Fells Point.
Convenient to the Arena, Horseshoe Casino, Under Armour HQ (and Port Covington), U of Maryland Hospital & medical campus and Johns Hopkins campuses and the Locust Point cruise ship terminal.

A native New Yorker, I enjoy city living and taking advantage of all it has to offer. I've been in the restaurant/food service business for my entire adult life and enjoy cooking and entertaining.
I don't get to travel as often as I like, so now I look forward to meeting new friends from all over the US and the world.
