Gregg's place was perfect for our family vacation. The location was great, just a short drive to downtown. Gregg was very quick to respond to any question we had. I would definitely stay again.

Gregg's place was great! It was spacious and comfy for our group of friends to spend time time between floating and exploring Austin! Great location for being close enough to downtown for quick Ubers, and right side of town to head down to the river.

We are locals and needed a place to stay while some unplanned renovations were going on in our place. This place is perfect for anyone needing a longer stay and a home away from home. It's got plenty of space and tons of amenities. It was just the 2 of us and our dog most of the time, but there was plenty of room for our 2 friends that came to visit from out of town. The House Manual was a big help. Gregg was easy to reach when needed & is a super host - he bought a new set of pots and pans since we were staying for a longer time & would be cooking at home a lot. This place has easy access to various parts of the city and was perfect for us going back and forth to work (using 290 & I-35). Thanks Gregg!!

I highly recommend his place to families

Gregg's place is really well planned out, with lots of details going beyond what you would expect of a host. Down to the mood lighting in the bedroom, important sections highlighted sections of the house manual, motion sensor activated lighting pretty much everywhere. Gregg even took the time to mail back an item I had mistakenly left in the place.

Great location between downtown and the airport. Quick rides to 6th street and Rainey street. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Gregg is a great host and house was really clean and modern. Instructions and communication were clear and easy. Digital door locks were great, so no one needed to carry keys. Plenty of blankets, towels, and pillows. Very accomodating place to stay, especially for groups or families!
