1)This home is NON Smoking!
2)The home is fully furnished and equipped. Linens and towels are provided. However, the units are self-catering which means cleaning products, additional paper products and garbage bags, soaps and shampoos are not supplied. A starter supply is made available.
3)Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. AND
Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m.
4)NO pets allowed
5)A damage deposit of $500.00 will be required at reservation confirmation. Damage deposit will be refunded after checking out, pending a final house inspection. The damage deposit, or a portion thereof, shall be retained for any costs of repair or replacement of damaged or missing items beyond normal use, and excessive clean up, stains, odor removal, late check out, or unscheduled cleaning crew costs. No charges made when the following provisions are met.
a. No damage is done to unit or its contents beyond normal use.
b. All debris, rubbish, and discards are placed in the dumpster and dirty dishes in the dishwasher and dishwasher is run before leaving (you need not wait to unload it).
c. Please be sure to leave garage opener in the front entry. There will be a charge of $150 for unreturned opener.
d. Please be sure to leave Parking Pass and Pool Key. There will be a charge of $100 for unreturned cards.
e. No linens are lost or damaged.
f. No items are missing.
g. Excessive cleanup, stain removal, or odor removal is not required. If there is evidence of smoking or of an animal having been in the house, those allergens will be removed professionally at a fee of $500.
h. NO early check-in or late checkout requiring additional costs for rescheduling or overtime for the cleaning turnover crew.
TERMS OF OCCUPANCY
The house is a private residence and you agree to indemnify the owner for any damage of loss to the property or its contents that occur during your stay. Violation of occupancy limits will result in the forfeiture of all deposits, termination of occupancy, and charges for additional nights at a cost of $1,200 per night. We reserve the right to inspect the property during your stay. You also agree to refrain from any activity that interferes with the quiet enjoyment of the nearby residences. We are not liable for inoperable hot tub or failure of any equipment, systems, or appliances. By reserving this property, you consent to jurisdiction and venue in the Summit County Courts, Colorado, and waive formal service of process and further agree to service by registered mail, return receipt requested, at the address above. Service will be deemed sufficient and perfected at the earliest of: the date of receipt of the certified mail, the date of signature on the return receipt, or five (5) days after mailing.
