Your check in will be scheduled after 15:00. For a check in after business hours, you will be charged an extra fee of 50 €, to hand directly to your host. Business hours take place from 8 am to 8 pm on working days, 10 am to 8 pm on week-ends and holidays.
The appointment will take place at a rendez-vous point ; if your contact is not here at your arrival, please call him on his cell, as he might just be inside the apartment.
Keys will only be handed to you once you have paid the whole rent and security deposit, as well as presented your ID, and signed the inventory and general terms and conditions.
An amount of 2500€ will be handed over through Airbnb as a security deposit during the check in.
Your host's cell phone will be given to you one week before your arrival. If you suffer any delay at your arrival, please contact him directly by phone, at least 1 hour before the meeting. If you are more than 45 minutes late and have not warned your host, you will be charged an extra fee of 50 €.
The check out will be scheduled with your host at your arrival. Your departure should take place before 12:00. If your departure is scheduled before business hours, you will be charged an extra fee of 50 €, to hand directly to your host. You may otherwise leave the keys in the mailbox of the agency in Montparnasse for free. In that case inventory and check out will take place after your departure. If you want to proceed this way, please contact us at least 48 hrs before your departure to get the access code to the mailbox of the agency.

We had a nice two-month stay in this apartment. Thank you Charlotte and your colleagues of the agency, especially the technician who helped fix the curtain rail though one month later than we first required you to do so. Here is what I feel about this rental. 1. For anyone interested, please be clear she is NOT the owner. She is a member of an agency. The agents are nice and some could speak fluent English, which is the reason why we chose it. 2. The price is not favorable comparing to other rentals in Paris. 3. The location is wonderful, convenient for public transportation and close to a supermarket. The neighborhood is not crowded but safe. 3. Please be aware the elevator is quite small and might allow only two to three adults for one time. 4. The apt is traditional French style, very beautiful, but also very old- even stepping on the floor could make noise. 5. It is small but have nearly everything you'll need. I rent the apt with my two friends- all female. We felt just nice living in this small place. 6. Most of the household appliances work well except the heater in the living room. 7. The agents are nice and are usually ready to help. But we don't always communicate fluently. They asked me to communicate through email instead of airbnb message, to hand in €1600 security deposit directly to them instead of through airbnb. We feel unsafe about it and looked up airbnb rules which say it is NOT allowed to do so. So we tried to communicate with the agency but in vain. Btw the curtain rail broke the day we checked in and we asked the agency to fix it but were told that they would fix after we paid the security deposit. Therefore, we could only turn to airbnb staff for help, which didn't go smoothly until we contacted both airbnb US and China for several times. Another thing, the agency didn't give us the mailbox key or change the name on the mailbox at all. Is this because airbnb rental is different from regular rental in Paris? Really puzzled. Charlotte was even irritated when I talked with her on this. Puzzled again because I was always careful about my language. Anyway, I was nearly impossible to receive any packages during the stay. In a few words, I will recommend the place considering the location, nice condition inside and maybe most of all, no need to speak French throughout the rental.
