On a breezy hill, the villa is a secluded paradise. Fruit trees grow in the garden; playful monkeys are regular visitors; curious iguanas live on the grounds; and Scarlet Macaws fly above in pairs, squawking like an old married couple.
Build in 2012, Villa Varsovia is a modern interpretation of a traditional open-air Spanish villa with a very private interior courtyard that includes a pool and rancho. The villa is on the central Pacific coast and a 5 minute drive to the endless volcanic beach of Esterillos. Off the beaten path, it is located between the bustling town of Jaco and world famous Manuel Antonio National Park.

Weitere wichtige Infos
Be prepared for out-door living.
Although AC is only available in the master bedroom, there are quality fans and an enjoyable breeze through out the entire villa, making AC unnecessary.
The beach, grocery store, and restaurants are 1.5km/0.9mi away - far enough for a little peace and quiet but only a 5 minute drive.
Like most of Costa Rica, the villa has delicate plumbing:
Please discard everything, including toilet paper, into the trash bin provided in the bedroom bathrooms.
It is ok to flush toilet paper in the courtyard powder room.
For your safety, please use plastic dishes around the pool, and do not run around the pool area as it can get slippery when wet.
Originally from Poland, we immigrated to Canada in 1990 with our two kids. We now permanently live in the Toronto area, and love spending a few months a year in the villa, which we built in 2012.
Our perfect day starts with an early stroll on the beach. That is the best time to buy the freshest catch from the fisherman as they come in from fishing between 6 and 7am. We usually spend dreamy afternoons in the shade of the rancho, reading in the hammock, swimming in the pool, and scanning for wildlife. As the day ends, we often find ourselves back at the beach for the sunset. At night, we sometimes light a few candles and turn off all the lights around the villa to enjoy the bright stars above from the pool.
We are happy to share our beautiful villa with you, and hope that you’ll enjoy it as much as we do.
